Super homey. Chill vibe. Gaspard is quick to answer our questions. He is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to backcountry splitboarding. There are plenty of shuttles. It's easy to coordinate time to get to ski resorts, grocery stores, or restaurants.

Amazing service and rooms definitely an upgrade from the other hostels/hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Additionally, all the amenities were clean and well supplied. They have an amazing restaurant and bar and best of all are the loving staff who really made sure this stay was the best we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Hakuba or looking to go skiing and snowboarding.
