Tons of space for our group of 5 to spread out. Super close to the serene beach of Lake Biwa. Walking distance to several restaurants, too! Found lots of sea glass (lake glass?) on the beach.

The property is outstanding. It’s super clean (as with most places in Kyoto), is spacious and offers amazing photo opportunities. All the staff (and I mean every single person there) were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the hotel and area.

Everything about this property. It was right across the street from a beautiful river where all the locals go to hangout every night . We visited every night . Close to the market next to a great yogurt shop and next to Gion district. Very close to subways . They offer sleeping wear for free . Overall incredible property. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto.
