Right opposite of the Otsuki train station (visible from the station without the need of map). Though we could hear the train but it was not disturbing in the night. The room is new and pretty big for Japanese standard size. Around 5-min walk up hill to a huge supermarket Aeon and 7-11 stores. Self-service luggage storage facility that will fit all sizes. A view of Mt. Fuji from our room was blessing.

Best location! Close to Mr. Fuji station and wonderful viewing of Mt. Fuji. Nice rooftop! I took a lot of pictures from there. Very friendly and helpful staffs, good Chinese speaking.

The hotel was wonderful from the very first moment. We arrived by car and found organized parking right in front of the hotel. The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

Place as advertised on platform. Very clean. Decent size to open up your luggage in the room. The best part is you can view Mount Fuji right in front of your eyes from your room. And they allow luggage storage.
