I only have positive things to say about the staff at this hotel. A gentleman greeted me so politely. He knew exactly who I was. I was frustrated due to being lost by following Google Map directions. This kind man was so understanding. He excelled at customer service.....a big hug to that gentleman.

Very exclusive and beautiful hotel :the outdoor onsen on the sea is a must see Service top notch , we have been assisted by the staff at every level , especially Ms Kougo who tried her best to make our stay the most enjoyable possible.     View was really nice from room. Room was big.

    View was really nice from room. Room was big. Smelt like cigarettes in hallway. Outdated decor. Restaurant breakfast was not good. Coffee and tea was terrible. Over looked a dolphin park, being a western more animal welfare focused mindset it was terrible to see these animals in their tiny enclosures. The place should be shut down...just mind blown these things still exist in the world today. The area didn't have much to do as we were here in autumn so couldn't swim. The old go kart course needs to be cleared away..felt like we were in a zombie acropolis.
