Great location in Terminal 3, very small room but everything you need included. Very comfortable bed with firm mattress as we like, pillows the right height. The toiletries in the shower were some of the best I've ever used. Strong shower. Heated toilet seat was a pleasant surprise. Short walk to escalators taking you down to the food hall with lots of restaurants.
With its lobby located next to the departure floor of Haneda Airport, The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda is accessible from the airport's International Terminal.

The staff was so Professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. Everything was clean and comfortable. They even give you fresh towels and toiletries even if you put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. They just leave you a bag with them on the door knob for you to take when you go back to your room.

The capital of Japan, Tokyo is a vast, teeming metropolis nestled between mountains and Tokyo Bay. It’s so huge that you’ll have to come to grips with public transport and maybe even experience being pushed onto a train. Yes, it does actually happen!
Get your bearings by ascending the Tokyo World Trade Centre near the waterfront, and savour the fantastic views taking in the red-and-white Tokyo Tower and Shinkuju’s skyscrapers. North is Ueno, home to the best museums (including the Tokyo National Museum) and a large park bursting with cherry blossom in spring.
Equally tranquil are the Chiyoda Imperial Palace and Gardens, surrounded by water. Also in gardens is the Meiji Jingu Shinto shrine in Shibuya, a youthful district where neon abounds.
For more traditional Japanese culture, head to Asakusa whose Sensō-ji Buddhist temple is Tokyo’s oldest temple. Markets in the grounds sell a variety of wares, though shopping in Tokyo is, of course, fantastic wherever you go.
Whether you stay in a Japanese ryokan, luxury Tokyo hotel or a hostel, don’t fly out of Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport without having tried sushi. Another Japanese institution is the sento (public bath) and onsen (hot springs bath) – a must try. Also incredibly popular are Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, Asia’s 2 most visited theme parks.

A huuuuuge city.
A huuuuuge city. For someone from Europe it was interesting to drive the rented car around. Doable :-).
Very beautiful, clean city and very kind people.
If possible, definitely visit and stay as long as you can.
It is located very near the Shinjuku New South Gate exit. The Yamamoto line is accessible from there. My husband and I had an easy time going to the tourist spots in Tokyo because of this. The airport limousine also picks up and drops passengers in front of the hotel. So location is perfect. The breakfast buffet is also very good - coffee was good;’tea was plenty. There also very good restaurants near it and not necessarily Japanese. Also Family Mart. All in all, the hotel was perfect for new visitors like us.
I loved the location, it's near two Metro stations that can get you around tokyo. There are also many shops & restaurants around the hotel. It has a local vibe compared to staying in popular areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. I also sent out my luggage to the airport in advance so having to carry them wasn't a problem. I also loved the staff everyone was really nice and accommodating especially Masuda & Kuroki. The room I booked was perfect for a solo traveler like me and I loved the bed.
This hotel is located in a central part of Shibuya and is easily walkable to Harajuku. It has a "cool" vibe with an Italian restaurant on the main floor and a coffee shop/bar on the ground floor. The staff were helpful when we needed them but generally hands-off as you check-in and check-out on computers in the lobby yourself. Our room was on the 13th floor so we didn't hear any street noise, which was nice. My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall.
Location, location, location! The hotel sits right at the base of Tokyo Tower, with a temple and station right around the corner as well. There is a Lawson in the basement which made it easy to grab quick and cheap snacks throughout the day. Very comfortable king-sized beds (which is hard to find in Japan). Breakfast was good. Hotel staff left a “congratulations” note with chocolate in our room, because it was me and my husbands honeymoon.
Great location, great staff, comfy rooms and clean facilities. The lunch menu at Bellustar restaurant was awesome, simply delicious. The hotel is on Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, where you also have Bandai Namco Tokyo, an awesome food hall with live music and great food, as well as bars and restaurants. Close to the Shinjuku station as well. All around, I would definitely visit again. Thanks for everything!
We strategically selected this hotel for the first part of our Tokyo trip to explore Team labs and tsukiji market which made it ideal as it was only a short bus ride away. The location was unique as it isnt as busy as Shibuya or Shinjuku which really allowed us to adjust to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. I also liked the black-out curtains and amenities supplied. Staff were friendly upon check-in.
close to the fish market where you can enjoy some wonderful food.
also you have 2 lawson store down the hotel( food, drinks).
for a first time in Tokyo, Ginza is your best area to stay, clean, no too crowded comparing to Harajuku, Shinjuku or Shibuya. many wonderful restaurants as well.
we loved staying at this hotel, staff is great, hotel super clean and quite spacious comparing other hotels.
Perfect location for enjoying Sakura as the hotel grounds had beautiful gardens, water features, lit up trees and decoration for the Sakura season. It was so stunning - both on the ground level and view from the rooms.
Location is a bit far from the main busy areas of Shinjuku abd Shibuya but easy to get to thr train and go any which direction.
Japanese breakfast buffet was lovely too.
Compared to hotels in Shinjuku, the value for this property was much higher! I had heard how expensive staying in Shinjuku was, and I was pleasantly surprised to stay in such a spacious and cozy apartment. About a 20 minute walk to the Shinjuku Central station, but the walk is beautiful and exciting. Very close to a large and beautiful park. Very happy with my stay here!
Lovely, clean, well facilitated rooms. very small however it will be the same everywhere in Tokyo, for us it was perfect. The staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good for the price you pay. Much cheaper than UK prices at hotels. Location is good, 15 minute walk max to Shinjuku station. 7 11 3 minutes walk.
Rooms were bigger than usual for a hotel in Tokyo. Very clean and well kept utensils. Beds were very clean, firm and comfortable. Can move the beds to make one big bed for my husband, myself and my baby. Staff can speak English well, one of them recommended breakfast in the area when we checked out. So good!
The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Shinjuku station, close to the Kabukicho/Golden Gai area.
It is very safe, with bars and restaurants open til late. The capsules are comfortable with a TV and a fan, and it is cleaned every day. Other hosts respected silent time. The hotel provides amenities.
Stayed at APA hotel in Osaka last time. Really enjoyed it. This time looked for one in Tokyo and hot springs were my priority. Rooms are small but all necessities are there. Staff is very friendly! The Akasaka area is in 10 min walk. I even walked to Ginza (30 min) and Shinjuku gyoen park (about 1h)
The location is fantastic, it's across from Kinshicho station, where you can choose JR or Tokyo Metro. The room was small but breakfast buffet was excellent and fun. Compared to the hotels in the center of Tokyo (Ginza/Tokyo station/Shibuya), the cost performance is excellent. Perfect for tourists.
Great Location near subway station plenty of restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable, clean and we got free sparkling wine in order of my husbands birthday. Everyone working at the hotel were very friendly and professional. The bathroom was very nice and very spacious!
Great location. Easy walk to Shinjuku Station. Perfect for us since my husband was running the Tokyo marathon and it started literally outside the hotel ! Decent sized rooms with good amenities. Enjoyed the breakfast .
Convenient no frills capsule hotel in Shinjuku.
Close to metro, very comfortable mattress and pillow. The sleep area is quiet as packing and showers are on another floor altogether. Japanese toilet on every floor
The food And drink area free of charge all day long. The public bath. The available facilities. The cleanliness. Definitely a luxury capsule hotel.
Also the position, stone away from Shinjuku station.
location-wise the hotel was perfect for our trip. walking distance to asakusa tourist attractions and easy access to tokyo metro for shinjuku, shibuya, ginza, and many other places
