MexicoWe loved our stay here! at the beginning we were not sure if staying in this hotel or others in Shibuya/Shinjuku because of location but we ended up choosing this one, and it was the best decision for us! After touristing all day it was nice to come to a calm and quite neighborhood/hotel.
The station is right in front of the hotel so is easy to move around tokyo (and you never stay in just one area).
We had two full beds, so the room was bigger than other standard double rooms in other hotels.
The convini store inside the hotel is amazing, anything you need is right there.
Staff is very friendly and attentive.
Very clean rooms.
They clean up the room and change towels everyday (not all hotels in tokyo do this everyday).

The room was incredibly large for a Tokyo based hotel. With plenty of space for 5 adults with 2 suitcases each. A dining table to sit at and eat breakfast or dinner or just hand out. The beamer was easy to use and gave a lot of entertainment for early nights, and so much more.
The location is amazing and super close to the station, a ton of great restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff is super friendly and proficient in a ton of languages. There are a lot of amenities like a laundry and dryer, as well as a smoke room for smokers. And a whole lot more

The capital of Japan, Tokyo is a vast, teeming metropolis nestled between mountains and Tokyo Bay. It’s so huge that you’ll have to come to grips with public transport and maybe even experience being pushed onto a train. Yes, it does actually happen!
Get your bearings by ascending the Tokyo World Trade Center near the waterfront, and savor the fantastic views taking in the red-and-white Tokyo Tower and Shinkuju’s skyscrapers. North is Ueno, home to the best museums (including the Tokyo National Museum) and a large park bursting with cherry blossom in spring.
Equally tranquil are the Chiyoda Imperial Palace and Gardens, surrounded by water. Also in gardens is the Meiji Jingu Shinto shrine in Shibuya, a youthful district where neon abounds.
For more traditional Japanese culture, head to Asakusa whose Sensō-ji Buddhist temple is Tokyo’s oldest temple. Outdoor markets sell a variety of wares, though shopping in Tokyo is, of course, fantastic wherever you go.
Whether you stay in a Japanese ryokan, luxury Tokyo hotel or a hostel, don’t fly out of Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport without having tried sushi. Another Japanese institution is the sento (public bath) and onsen (hot springs bath) – a must try. Also incredibly popular are Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, Asia’s 2 most visited theme parks.

Tokyo is one of the most fabulous cities in the world. Safe, orderly, delicious food, history meets future. Each neighborhood is a bit different and every one is worth visiting. I lived in Gotanda, stayed in Asakusa, Shibuya, Yokohama.

I was completely impressed by how clean and efficient Tokyo is. Also feeling safe in such a large city is rare it seems. At this time, the dollar is strong compared to the Yen, which made this trip a great bargain. Driving in Tokyo would be extremely daunting, no need. The metro system is outstanding. If you like Japanese food (The Tsukiji Fish Market for example) you will enjoy Tokyo even more.

Tokyo is one of my favorite destinations. The city is amazing. The food across the range of cost brackets is amazing. We come once or twice a year, and there are always new places and events to visit. There is never enough time to do it all. The business staff are invariably polite and helpful. We can reach many other fascinating and beautiful places in Japan easily. The train system and reasonable taxis make getting around very easy. Team Lab is amazing and provides a variety of experiences. The Harry Potter studio experience is amazing.

Tokyo is wondrous for culture, shopping, eating. The streets hum, the lights color everything. It is tourist friendly. Trains announce stops in English. Directions are explicit. Like most of Japan, I feel safe walking even at night. If anything the choices, the neon, the hordes of walkers on streets, the signs can overload the brain. BUt this is what makes Tokyo Tokyo.

Great location in the middle of Shinjuku, close to bus and subway stations. Also close to Shibuya and to shin-Okubo, the Korean neighborhood. Nice restaurants and convenience stores close by. Clean and nice hotel with a luxurious touch. Nice toiletries., well lit room. Even though the room is quite small it is well distributed and the fact that you can store luggage under the bed is key! If you book this hotel make sure to get the right name/address because there are 2 or 3 APA close to it (this is more like an advice, not an issue!)

The staff were very kind, caring and helpful. Communication was easy here. My husband and I caught the limousine bus from Haneda airport. A very convenient service. The hotel is also not far from Ikebukuro metro and JR. Stations, also the Hop on hop off bus. The choice of food was exceptional and serious attention paid to food safety.
The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. There is a large window with lovely view and bonus small section to open to let in fresh breeze.

I told the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they put a handwritten birthday card in the room, which we found really nice. The location is great, just few steps away from the driverless Yurikamome station and another station that is Shinjuku/Shibuya line. We also used the massage chair in the room a lot until our backs were tender 😆 it was worth it. AMAZING VIEW from our window.

It is fantastic that it’s next to the park but no more than 20-30 minutes volt to the bustle of Nishi-Shinjuku: a good base to explore Shinjuku and Shibuya from. All comfortable, staff was super nice and the bakery downstairs very cute and convenient.

The room's space is small, but at least it is all yours. You have more freedom than in a capsule hotel. The facilities are a bit old but quite clean and comfortable.
