Location directly in front of the skiing area, allowing to start off the hotel doors. They offer good breakfast and dinner buffet (extra cost) with a reasonable selection. The public bath (onsen) is very spacious and even contains a hammam.

Just at ski lift , excellent breakfast and dinner, beautiful guest hall with fire zone and live music, baths to relax after skiing. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

We pre-booked breakfast, which was mostly Japanese style buffet, although a small selection of croissant and cereal available. Pre-booked dinner was Fabulous! Hotpot & DIY BBQ style meat with soups and veggies each night. Different variations for each of the 3 nights we were there. Definitely recommend pre-booking meals as nowhere close/easy to go. Staff - AMAZING. Even with small amount of English - very easy to communicate. Ski/clothing/gloves/helmet hire very easy to access in hotel but quite dated, although fine for 2-3 days of skiing. We had to buy lift tickets across the road at lift ticketing office, which was simple. Onsen absolutely fabulous. Beautiful shampoos/conditioner etc provided. Robes available in hallway shelves, along with help yourself green tea at any time. Bus stop 1 minute walk away. Great family hotel.

so convenient with ski hire, kids ski lessons and meals all in the slopes. we loved the onsen and the staff were great.

Great hotel and location. Short walk to lift and Ski in. Breaky was great. Staff were very helpful - some could speak English well enough - but with Google Translate you have no problems. There are numerous restaurants/ Cafes around the hotel which is good. Some folks who stayed at the Prince Hotels were complaining as they were really isolated and had to take a shuttle to get to somewhere to eat - or use the Prince hotel which was 8000 Yen for dinner per person. So Olympic Hotel appeared a better choice.
