The apartment is very secure. There a security door and a the balcony door locks too for peace of mind. I didn't have any issues in the apartment building or the area and the residents and staff are friendly too. The apartment is nicely outfitted with comfortable sofa and bed, fridge, microwave, and TV with free WiFi. The apartment is also close to the beach.

Big spacious house. Good stable wifi. Good place to stay when you arrive in Mombasa - this is right outside the city. We stayed here before going north to Watamu. It's a safe neighborhood. There's a huge supermarket a quick walk away. There's a large kitchen for you to use, well equipped, large fridge. Samira wasn't in while we stayed but communication via WhatsApp was excellent. She is super nice. And the guy who welcomed us, Joseph, was very helpful, kind, and always available for anything we might've needed. There are a few places to eat around but specially one that we liked the most, Roberto's - great pizza. What we didn't like was the mattress. What we enjoyed the most was how calm and silent it was. Lastly, it was pretty hot during January but this place somehow is not too hot inside. It has large windows and the breeze comes in. We had stayed at another place the previous couple of nights and it was demential how hot it was. We did not use the AC in neither places. I recommend this place. The house is pristine. Great value, pocket friendly place.

The location and privacy was great. Proximity to amenities was good within walking and Cab distance. The internet was great, facilities worked well especially the AC. Plenty of space in the room, an outdoor dining area and a well equipped kitchen.
