It was great to have the pool to dip into.
It was comfortable, with really helpful staff special shout out to Faith and Eric, who were extremely attentive and helpful.
It was very central and allowed easy access to the markets, Fort Jesus, and easy enough to get to Nyali.

Absolutely loved the really warm sea, clean beaches which were never overcrowded with safe places to leave ones things.
Wild Water was great fun with no long queues for the slides and tubes,
Fort Jesus was really interesting and a great look back into the history of the place.
Very easy to get around with vans, taxis and tuk-tuks, not sure I would want to drive myself, very hectic.
Mombasa has two distinct sides, the modern shopping malls and the traditional side of Kenya with it's little street shops and stalls with I love.
I would defiantly recommend as a visit and already looking forward to my next trip.

Always fun to be here.
Always fun to be here. I will always come back many times over. Love the old town, the food and the mixed cultures. Full of spice, oriental and african and arabic such a cross roads. A city that is older than the country just pure beauty. Loved every second of it

If you want a less quiet area visit Diani beach, its quiet, a lil bot rural but the best amd most of the attractions happen there..If you want a more busier place visit Mombasa city, more civilized..Overall I enjoyed Diani

Distance to amenities like supermarket was good.
The host was kind and responsive.
The beach was awesome.
Visited local restaurants at pirates with very good local food.
Visited far away restaurant forodhani very good experience.
I just have a problem with my kitchen 100%

Shanzi area must equally be developed at faster rate.

The staff were very cordial and respectful. Settling and checking in were done very smoothly. Staff were friendly and jovial. Harriet and Pamela you guys made our stay radiant. the room service was excellent and our orders did not take unnecessarily long.
Though the hotel did not have a beach front, it's within the vicinity two good beaches i.e. the Mombasa Beach and Pirates Beach.
Thanks also for allowing us a late check out.

Pauline was super helpful and very friendly person. She took care of my stay and did a phenomenal Job. I only had time to visit Jomo-Kenyatta-Beach. It was not ideal for swimming. People say that the beaches South of Mombasa are better. My highlight was visiting the "Peninsula Restaurant". It has a maginicant view over the mangroves. If you visit the north of Mombasa, try to go there during sunset.

Spacious Rooms., comfy beds., cleanliness, nice pool and beach, food is delicious with each day varieties, very nice live performances at dinner, very friendly and helpful stuff, they made us an early check-in and a late checkout for free!!! Upgrading our room also, cute and harmful little monkeys 🙂 a big thanks to all who made our stay completely fabulous. Highly recommended hotel.

Hotel is in very good location and easily accessible by vehicle or walking in the town centre. Staff in the hotel is very attentive and caring, always trying to help. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom well equipped, I also liked that there is restaurant on site and there is bog selection of food.

Spacious,well stocked and well kept three bedroom apartment good for family stays at modest pricing. Very good location close to the beach with nice views of the sea… the property is right opp Mombasa beach hotel
