KenyaWe were warmly received, it seemed like the entire village of Mkwiro came to meet us, it was fantastic! Everything about this place was magical! Asma made us the most beautiful and delicious meals, we are so grateful! For a small fee she took care of catering for us. Jenga (caretaker) is the kindest most helpful man, he dedicated himself to making sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. George (security) was always on board to make us feel safe in the evenings!

KenyaThe whole place is a breath of fresh air. Their houses are goals, and everything about firefly eco is gorgeous. I liked the house I stayed, the tents were great and the food was delicious. The staff is 10/10. Mr. Jacob, in specific, was very kind, helpful and nice towards us. We loved every second of the stay at Firefly Eco.

The island was great. People very friendly. The only negative part was when I went for a walk on the island, one woman asked me what I was doing there. When I replied just looking, she told me to look cost money and I should come to the office to pay, which was total BS!
