Located on 0.6 mi of private beach, Kactus offers accommodations on the sunset side of Koh Ta Kiev. Guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant or have a drink at the bar. Staff were really fun and friendly. The food was AMAZING. Perfect place to relax with a book for a few days.
Facing the beachfront, Ten103 Treehouse Bay offers 1-star accommodations in Koh Ta Kiev and features a restaurant, bar and garden. This place is paradise!!! My wife and I ended up staying 14 nights in a bungalow over the beach and couldn’t be happier about it 😀 The staff was fantastic, they became like family! The other guests were friendly and interesting! Great waking up and going for a swim! It’s not for everybody, limited electricity, no windows or doors, bucket showers and squat toilets, no roads or vehicles, no organized activities, no stress. There are sand flies which can be annoying. Poisonous snakes, giant scorpions, and big millipedes are on the island, so bring a flashlight. Sea urchins are here as well, just don’t step on one. Just to be aware, but really no problem. There are other places to stay on the island with restaurants, it was fun hiking to them and trying different dishes! At night splashing the water lights up the bioluminescent plankton 😀 Just hanging out on the deck was the best!!! It was just fantastic!!!
Offering a private beach area, a restaurant and a bar with sea views, The Last Point is tucked away in Koh Ta Kiev Island. Feals like in paradise. The island is amazing, but the people is what makes the experience that special - and the people at Last Point are the best! Such an amazing atmosphere.
Venice1 Resort features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Sihanoukville. This 4-star hotel offers valet parking and ticket service. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom big and nice. Only thing I would say on the bathroom is that they should have leveled it so that the water would flow more away after showering. Only a few millimeters and there would be less water left on the floor. Might have been just my room though, hard to say as I stayed in the same room for approximately 3 weeks. The staff are extremely helpful, the pool is both really good looking and decent size. The bar at the pool has great drinks and the guy working there sure knows how to make your drinks the way you request them. The breakfast was a bit disappointing although I was only there perhaps 10 times during my stay (23 years old I stay up late and sleep late). The housekeepers realized my sleeping habits quickly and I had just went to the reception when I was ready for housekeeping. They are at work until 5 PM so for anyone who stays up late and sleeps long and still want housekeeping this is great. I have been to dozens of hotels and this is one of the hotels were I can honestly say you get the best bang for you buck. I give this a 10 rating which is incredibly rare but this hotel in my opinion just really has it all for the price you are paying. Overall its simply amazing and met my every expectation plus a whole lot more. Another great thing is that there are scooter rentals close by and there are several mini-marts just a few meters away selling snacks, drinks and liquor. Going back again real soon for 4 week stay and this time at the executive suite so I will update my review and see if the pricier room is worth it.
Mei hao deng hotel features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Sihanoukville. This 4-star resort offers a tour desk and luggage storage space. pool, river view, breakfast, garden, hospitality are all excellent... we stayed 5 nights & we all like it.. it's an oasis hotel.. the hotel has a calming & soothing affects..
Beautiful island and beautiful beaches. Unfortunately, there's a lot of pollution of waste behind the sands in the jungles. Katus is the best place for food on the island and you'd definitely need to get their oreo ice cream. Plancton swimming at night is the best! Everything is walking distance!
Great 3 days of nothing. It was low season so I was the only visitor for 2 days. I didn’t mind. High season would be a totally different experience. It’s bare minimum as far as showers and accommodations go but its about the experience
The most amazing resort in an idyllic island setting! The food is incredible, and the simple facilities, treehouse dorm and sundeck all make for a fantastic, relaxing island getaway. The private beach is stunning, especially at night - make sure you go for a swim at night to see the bioluminescent plankton! The staff are so friendly, and really make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome. Overall, a magical and unforgettable experience. Would have loved to stay longer than just 3 nights!
Most f the bungalows are run by foreigners and food is more expensive here than on sihnoukville, and accommodations here are the same price but not as value for money. However there are some beaches here which are really beautiful so its worth a visit.
