SwitzerlandHotel is almost new and everything is fantastic! We had a sauna in our room which was amazing for a rainy evening. Toilet and shower room were separated and the bed was super comfy! They had incredible amenities like a closet with drying included and a Dyson hair dryer :)
Breakfast was all homemade style and the attention of everyone was great. We loved it and we definitely recommend it!!!

Perfect place for any kind of traveler, couples, family, friends. The view from the room didn't disappoint either. It is recommended to take a day tour from Busan, but most day tours do not include the museum which is exceptional and really worth it. Gyeongju was kind of empty when we went, so it felt a little too quiet. I enjoyed seeing all the historic sites in Gyeongju. It was very busy when we visited as it was a holiday weekend. We managed to see most of the historic sites but would like to have seen more. Although there is a bus service it was difficult to navigate and buses to local historic sites seemed not to run very frequently. There was a city tour bus but this needed to be booked ahead of your visit. The best transportation was the small golf carts which you could rent by the hour. I wish I had another day to explore this lovely area, There are a lot of historic places to visit other than the site of the tombs. Some of the locations are not within walking distance so you need more time to visit them and one day was not enough if you are interested in the other historic sites. Ask locals for food recommendations as there are so many restaurants to choose from.
