We had a wonderful and memorable experience staying here. The location was perfect – close to the mountains and nature spots like city center and airport which made weekend trips so enjoyable. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area was quiet yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and accessible to any type of transportation. I especially loved how green and serene the neighborhood felt. Exploring Almaty’s cultural and dining scene was also a highlight – there’s so much to see and do! What truly made this stay special was the host. More than just friendly and accommodating, we found a new friend who went above and beyond to ensure our time in Almaty was unforgettable. Their kindness, helpfulness, and personal touches made us feel welcome and cared for, turning this trip into one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We were also treated to a delicious Kazakh-style breakfast every morning, which was a perfect way to start the day. The flavors were authentic and added a cultural touch to our stay. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to witness the first snowfall in the city during our visit – a magical experience that made our time in Almaty even more memorable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Almaty, whether for a short or long stay. We can’t wait to return!

Loved the hosts, the facilities, and the location. Murat and Dina are very hospitable and exceptional people overall, very supportive and trying to make you feel home. The facilities include the main building with rooms to stay and a separate kitchen / dining room with both interior and exterior spaces that can be used depending on the weather. All these facilities and rooms are beautifully designed and well maintained by the hosts. Great location especially if you'd like to be close to mountains and enjoy fresh air. Highly recommended!

The property was in a great location, very walkable and close to City Center. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. They even have the option for you to get your laundry done there for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

Staff was very nice, ans even though no English is spoken (not a word) they attempted to assist as much as they could, with some Google translate we were able to communicate ok enough. Location is decent, less then 1 minute walk from the metro that takes you to the center in 15-20 minutes.
