A very clean, big, safe, and spacious hotel. Peaceful place and it has a gate. Front desk and kitchen personnel are kind, friendly and helpful specially Diana and Didar. Food is delicious but consistent in kinds every morning. The cereal soaked in milk was my favorite with cheese, steamed chicken hotdog, eggs and bread.

Location was right on the ring road for Almaty, but very convenient for us, although not in the centre. Parking was a bit of roulette, as there seem to be a lot of others taking the spaces outside, but we found spaces most of the time. The staff were great - especially our breakfast lady. The breakfast buffet was ok - not elaborate, but enough food to get you going. The room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable generally.
