Excellent customer service, highly recommended!While some of their facilities were inaccessible due to the recent river flooding, they compensated with a lot of amenities including room upgrades. They even custom made a cake for my mom's birthday. All staff are kind and accommodating. We also appreciate the flexibility of their transport facilities and their prompt communication.

The grounds and facilities are wonderdul. The surroundings are primitive, some people ride around on elephants. This leaves large lumps of processing which you should avoid. The people are almost as nice as the elephants, and I could not really understand what the elephants said about the boys that worked with them. The timing of porcessing may have said something. .

I loved my stay here. I highly recommend it and will def come back The location is paradise, 360 degress nature and only 30 mins away from town. The pool area itself deserves 10 points, i never expected a steam bath in SE asia, it was perfect. The staff has been great, always ready to help and have a little chat. Breakfast and food options were plenty, fresh and delicious. Room was simple but great comfort which i only used to sleep as there plenty of chilling and social areas around the property. Never needed the airconditioning, and the room was quiet except one day i had VERY noisy neighbours which is not the lodge fault.

We stayed 2 nights at Homm Souvannaphoum Luang Prabang. It was lovely experience. The hotel has a beautiful garden. The hotel atmosphere’s very relaxed. The hotel is also located in a very convenience area. It is in walking distance to everywhere in the main town. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. There were many choices of food. Coffee at breakfast was also very good. What made the hotel more charming was the service from the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ms. Channaly, Ms. Khampan, Ms. Thippaphone, Mr. Sengphet, and Mr. Bounmuang. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Luang Prabang.

Greenery, room, breakfast, bicycles, everything! But all of that would be nothing without amazing staff! Everyone was kind, warm, polite, welcoming, helpful. They really added an extra layer of greatness :)

The location was perfect—right in the heart of Luang Prabang. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice local touch. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the garden view made mornings very relaxing.

What a hotel. Rosewood lives up to expectations. The interiors are stunning. The whole property is beautifully laid out with the old house looking immaculate. I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were such a pleasure. The level of service is superb. We had a pick up from a restaurant where the driver waited for us for over half an hour even though his shift had ended.
