Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..

Air conditioning was great. The cleaning staff were incredible. The reception staff were lovely and very friendly. There was a good selection of food in the buffet. The pools were ok for a refreshing dip. The grounds were very well maintained. Perfectly placed within easy walking distance for dining out in local restaurants and shopping sprees. The transit bus between hotels was very efficient. Drivers always friendly and willing to help. Taxi rank and a very efficient local bus service just outside the hotel will get you anywhere you want to explore.

The island tour to Soufriere was magnificent. I enjoyed this tremendously. the beaches are wonderfully clean and pristine. Better than what one would imagine.
Better than what one would imagine. Everything about it is wonderful. Friendly, lots of different restaurants with a wide variety of menus, easy walk to the beach, marina, harbours and lots of shops to choose from, including 2 duty free malls. Very easy transport links to the rest of the island and secluded beeches. Spent 2 weeks in t shirts, shorts and sliders. No socks, trousers, shoes or coats. Watch out for bites from the mossies! (mosquito's). Citronella is best repellant. Massey supermarkets best and cheapest for booze! And food. They even have hot ready made meals in plastic containers - home from home

Access to public transport once willing right at your fingertips. Night life for the young and young at heart right outside the hotel and along a very safe road. The beach at Rodney Bay (Reduit Bay) I believe was sooooo wonderful the first time I visited. This time due to the bad weather in the Caribbean at the time no swimming was permitted. The life guards at the hotel ensured all were safe.

Close proximity to the main touristic area of Rodney Bay. Only a few EC$ on local transport to get you to Castries, JQ Mall and Rodney Bay Pigeon Island and Gros-islet. Hire car is useful as some properties are up a hill

I liked everything.
I liked everything. Ate at a local food place in castries LEO'S food was very tasty. Visited sulphur springs my folks took a bath in the mud. They totally enjoyed. Don't talk about the beach at pigeon point. That was fantastic. Did a sort of round the island trip. Longggg but very nice. The marina at night - lively and lovely.AAnonymousTrinidad and Tobago

I had an apartment downstairs which was great - good size, all the amenities you need in room and was lovely to come out to the pool and harbour right outside my door. Great location within 10 minutes walk of Rodney Bay restaurants and shops etc and 5 minutes to Reduit beach. I had the creole breakfast at the Cockpit on site - lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful with any questions and could park my hire car on site. Felt very safe and secure. Two nice outdoor seating areas- 1 on the patio and the other on a balcony off the bedroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating. TV with movie options as well as cable sports and more. Lovely small swimming pool just outside our door. Nicely landscaped garden. AC worked well and there are ceiling fans, too. Beach towels were provided. Good location just walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking space also provided.

Short walking distance to the beach and also to restaurants and a supermarket. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to a better room, and the view was wonderful over the marina. Having a transfer/taxi service on site was very useful and they did our transfer back-and-forth to the airport and we also use them to get to Pigeon Island. They also offered tours.

The hotel room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The hotel grounds were well maintained with a bonus of a beautiful view of Rodney Bay marina. The hotel is just a short walk away from Reduit beach. The hotel is comparable to other more expensive hotels in the location and it could easily be rated as a 4 star instead of 3.

When we wanted to visit attractions outside of the hotel they made all the arrangements for us. When we wanted to go to the St. Lucia Jazz festival, they also helped us the make arrangements with transportation. They food at the hotel was excellent and the drinks never stopped flowing. We will definitely be returning.

When I complained to Cleopatra she said there is a side view from the balcony. They said they were full and couldn’t move us. We decided to move hotels but everywhere appeared to be booked.
