Our own separate beach just outside our room witch was clean , big and very comfortable. Ahungalla beach is just next to the house, super nice! The staff, especially Luca was so kind and helpful with everything. The breakfast was great!

Family is living downstairs and the accommodation is on the first floor. You can’t ask more for a Sri Lankan Hospitality. The entire family wanted to make your stay perfect. They have attention to detail and the room aminities were perfect. You have a common hall, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and you have a huge terrace to do Yoga or exercise in the morning. All you have to share only with one more room. In the morning breakfast they ask what you want and they prepare exactly what you request. I can’t say enough of this host. It was amazing experience. Host owns a van for airport pickup and he speaks fluent italian.

The garden is beautiful (all rooms have a terrace with garden view), the atmosphere is very relaxing and the hosts super friendly. Plus: The meals were very delicious, breakfast was included and you can have dinner in a little restaurant which exclusively serves guests and offers a wide variety of different types of food. You can occasionally spot wild animals (monkeys, warans, birds, squirrels) in the site next to the garden, which was also a plus for me, as I like to watch wild animals. The location is perfect, as you can very quickly reach Ahungalla beach, as well as Kosgoda beach (where the sea turtle hatchery is located). The infrastructure is good, you can easily reach a small shop, as well as restaurants to eat outside, if you prefer not to have dinner in the accomodation. It is also possible to use a kitchen, the hosts provided tea and coffee to make on one’s own throughout the day, and it is also possible to use the kitchen to cook your own meal. Overall, I had a marvelous time there, can highly recommend this accomodation and will certainly try to come back here!
