It’s about 15 minutes by tuk tuk from Ambewela station. gorgeous view from the property. great food at the restaurant too! i went to hike the horton’s plain very early in the morning, the staff prepared sandwiches for me.

We loved our stay at the Hill Safari. The views were spectacular, the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome and the room was everything we needed. The food was also delicious and they gave us many new year treats to try. They recommended some great walking routes, talking you through the route with a hand drawn map!

Location was good, we had a view from the balcony, the staff tried hard (eg. carried our bags to room) they surprised us with an anniversary cake! Also it was nice to have Netflix. Room was a good size and included a seating area.
