The pool is stunning, and the hotel itself is unique and stylish — definitely unforgettable. Breakfast is fantastic, everything is tasty and beautifully served. This beautifully restored property brings you back in time in the most elegant way. We loved every minute of our stay and our room and surrounds were unparalleled. It’s an easy still into the bustling town, but to be honest we almost felt like we didn’t want to leave. The staff were as welcoming and friendly as you could possibly imagine.

What a lovely place. One of the nicest rooms we had on our trip through Sri Lanka. Very spacious, spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom. We loved staying there. Lot's of very good places to go for breakfast in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful. I totally recommend. Very good value for money...

Wonderful hotel with amazing hosts who always had a smile on their faces. Everything was very clean and super cozy, we truly felt at home. I could truly feel the love for detail in the interior design. There were plenty of shelves and storage spaces, cute paintings on the walls, and the colors matched beautifully. It was really decorated with so much care and love! A special highlight was the spacious room and the constant hot water with great water pressure - even on the 4th floor! The location is nice: close to the center yet in a quiet area (little uphill). The hosts also kindly helped us arrange a scooter rental. We would definitely come back!

The breakfast option was wide and good. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian option was provided. Complimentary welcome drink(tender coconuts) was given. The host was helpful and welcoming. Would recommend this unique stay!

Villa 73 was very good place to stay in Unawatuna. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose western or sri lankan breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful. Big thanks for taking care of us!
