Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The facilities, the staff, their professionalism throughout our visit, and their kindness were outstanding. They even invited us to join the birthday celebration of two employees, which was amazing. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely return without a doubt. A beautifully restored and clean hotel, we throughly enjoyed our stay at The Sun House. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the location allowed close access to Galle fort while also providing some peace and quiet both at the beginning and end of your day.

Anura and his team are wonderful, the hotel and garden is beautiful, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with all the little touches that make you feel immediately happy; tea, coffee, filtered water, toiletries and the warmest hospitality from everyone. After I was let into my room, I got a detailed text from Anura offering breakfast, spa facilities and just lots of useful information that many hotels fail to provide, and it makes such a big difference to the experience. I was surprised to be allowed to check in so early, and even more surprised that the deluxe single room had been upgraded to a huge bed! The location is also perfect, 2 minutes off the main road in blissful peace and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. Beautiful place in the fort area but quiet and peaceful. Was a great advantage to have kitchen facilities at our disposal. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
