Close to Singharaja Rain forest. You have also some good tourist spots which everyone can enjoy. Choice of restaurants is less. All are basic with nothing flashy. If you are depending on public transportation it is well connected to Galle and Matara from where we can get Highway buses to Colombo. One can swim in the pool or in the river just outside the garden.
