United StatesThe people / staff were the best. The manager Anjana was on top of all requests and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. Example, we needed to coordinate a day use car with driver for an abseiling experience and Anjana sorted that within a days notice!
The food was amazing! Worth getting up in time for breakfast and we ordered dinner both nights!

Hatton is a very basic locals town, as it is surrounded by tea plantations. The surrounding landscape is stunning. The design of the bungalow residences is fabulous. Each with its own unique charm. I thoroughly reclined a stay here.

Hatton is a nature paradise. Cool vibrant city in the central hills of Srilanka. Beautiful waterfalls, mountains and tea plantations within and outside the city. Adams Peak can be reached via Maskeliya Town. Very cold in the night. Variants of sweetmeats available in the market.

Hatton is a good transport hub for more popular destinations, but it’s also worth visiting as it has easy access to tea plantations, waterfalls, beautiful scenery and is a 1 hour, 30mins bus journey to Sri Pada/Adam’s peak. It’s a busy small city/town so it’s a good place to observe real local life and customs. It’s easy to take a stroll along paths through the nearby tea plantations.

Greenfield bedz was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is big and spacious and the room is quite big and has a large balcony and a lovely view into the mountains and the village. It was quiet. We stayed in Hatton to go to Adam’s Peak during the day. The location of the property is good, about 10 min walk to the train station. The manager was very friendly and helped us to arrange a tuk-tuk to go there and back. He also arranged our travel by car to Nuwara Eliya. The breakfast was lovely, with fruits. Very good value for money.

Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, beautiful and with a stunning view over the Valley and the lake.
When we arrived, we even got a welcome Gift and some flowers. The staff was very attentive and supportive. The food was incredible and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay at tea hills lake and really can recommend it.
Ps: If you Travel with a tuktuk, there is enough parking Space at the Front of the hotel.

Uma and his wife were amazing hosts!! Nothing was an issue and they were very helpful with anything we needed. We felt more at home than in a hotel. We loved it.
The room was big and the balcony was a plus.
Food was outstanding, proper home made and tea and coffee pots where the highlight
The views from the balconies are so nice and peaceful and the whole property has a special aura to it.
