We booked this hotel for the only purpose of visiting the Aukana Buddha statue. The hotel is ok for the area, which is not well-equipped to handle foreign tourists. The rooms were large but many things in the rooms were broken, especially in the washrooms. As long as we had working AC we were happy for one night. We didn’t have high expectations from this hotel, but the price could be reduced to reflect the true value and condition of the rooms and other facilities, like restaurant and pool, which were not well staffed or comfortable.

It was a great experience in this place. I expected to be only one night in Dambulla, but I felt so confortable in this Villa hat finally I decided stay tree nights and move from here to visit Sirigiya and National Park to see elephants and came back. Also you have bus from here to many other places, like Anuradapura and Trincomalee. Ishara and Madusanka, the people who work in the hotel, were very, very nice, they help me with anything I could need, so kindness people, always with a smile in their faces. They mantein the place very, very clean, spotless. If they don't have something you need they try to help with all their possibilities. Wonderful experience here. Thank you

It's a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are extremely clean and the interiors are beautiful. The host family is lovely and very friendly. I was unwell when I got there, they provided me a special homemade remedy drink and I felt much better. Thank you Sanjeev, Madhu and the kids for the wonderful hospitality. Definitely must stay here. There are only 2 rooms in the establishment as of now. The balcony faces a beautiful view of nature and its walkable to the cave temple. I stayed here with my parents, my spouse and infant and it was an amazing stay. Thank you.

Nice place with a very warm and familiar vibe. It felt like staying in a local home. The room was quiet, AC worked well and the place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and two steps away from the Dambulla temples. Furthermore, Dilshan and the team always made their best to ensure we were having a good experience. In a nutshell, hospitality at its best! Plus the value for money is wonderful. I must also mention that they prepared a nice local dinner upon our last minute request (and late in the night), for a moderate price and despite not having items included in their menu. I will definitely stay again there if I come to the area.
