I recently stayed at this beautiful river & mountain view hotel, and it was truly a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The views from the property are breathtaking – waking up to the sight of misty mountains and the sound of the flowing river was magical. The hotel’s adventure offerings were a real highlight. I tried both white-water rafting and canyoning, and both experiences were well-organized, safe, and absolutely thrilling. The guides were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. After a day full of excitement, returning to the comfort of the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and cozy, the food was delicious, and the staff made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy stunning natural scenery and exciting activities in one package, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place. Our favourite stay in Sri Lanka. Blown away by wonderful Sri Lankan hospitality again. Such good food. Pool was fantastic to swim in as well as option to swim in river. Very peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. Accessed by little boat ride across the river. Highly recommend. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

This exceptional bungalow offered breathtaking views of the mountains and a nearby waterfall. It was super clean, very comfortable, and the perfect place to enjoy the sounds of nature, from wildlife to the flowing water. The host was fantastic, helping us arrange rafting and canyoning at a great price. Breakfast was good and came with the same stunning views!

Amazing Stay - 10/10! I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and always smiling, which made me feel very welcome.     Unbelievable stay. Gorgeous rooms, gorgeous setting, gorgeous hospitality! Being able to essentially have your own chef for the duration of your stay is amazing and everything tasted so fresh. I’m originally from Sri Lanka and have seen lots of the different climates and landscapes it has to offer but this rainforest area was something else. And the local trips the hotel can organise are great. Big shout out to all the staff at the hotel. Will definitely return.

    The hotel is nestled within the jungle, you have a great view from all the rooms and balconies. The staff and our host were absolutely lovely!! They were so welcoming and friendly, they even organized a birthday cake and balloons for me!! The food was so delicious, we got a barbecue one night and traditional meals. Overall it was a great experience!

    Staff are lovely. We had the suite which was spectacular. The location is so peaceful. Monkeys in the trees and exotic birds. Food at dinner was very good. We booked this hotel. as I wanted a luxury setting to practice yoga and have a massage whilst my family went white water rafting. But this was not available.

    The man that stayed in the hotel and managed our stay was so lovely and amazing. He couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and was so sweet, one of the kindest people I’ve met! The room was recently renovated and very comfortable - the bed was amazing and bathroom very modern.

    The location right by the river is perfect. The manager was very friendly and organised white water rafting and canyoning for us which was brilliant, even though the level of the water was low. The hotel is very basic but is also authentic. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.
