Everything! Secluded, far from the city. We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee

Awesome place! Newly built (Dec 2024) and well maintained. There are 3 houses, each containing 2 rooms, so 6 rooms in total. Very friendly and welcoming staff, walking distance to Nilaveli beach (700 m), clean and spacious rooms with high ceiling, wonderful food.

We stayed at Amanta Beach Resort for two nights and wished we would have stayed for a week! The property is beautiful and private but close enough to Nilaveli & Trinco that you could take a Tuk Tuk if you needed to. The rooms were spotless, beautiful, and everything worked perfectly (including the air con). As previous reviewers have said, the beach is your own little private slice of paradise. We were there a few weeks before the heavy season, so the seas were a bit rough, but we spent many hours lounging in the chairs on the sand! The food was amazing too! We had dinner one night and it was one of the best meals that we've had on our year abroad. The owner/chef comes out and explains everything and tells you where he got the ingredients from (mostly his on-site garden). Shyakthi and his staff make this place what it is! They all go above and beyond to make sure you're enjoying yourself and that you're comfortable. They put a lot of time and energy into the entire experience and it shows. There is a reason this hotel is rated 9+ on Booking and you should definitely come see for yourself!

Great location, with straight access to the beach. Staff were super helpful and welcome, the manager Roshan was looking after us with a smile at all times. He helped us with arrangements for taxis on our little trips around. The rooms had AC, were cleaned and bed was comfy.

This is was the best hotel ever!!! I can’t recommend it more, if you are looking for a place to stay in Nilaveli you MUST stay here! The hotel itself was beautiful, the grounds were very well maintained, the pool and the loungers and the private beach were all amazing! The room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The staff were incredible!! they really do everything that they can to make your stay the best. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff went above and beyond to make my day extra special. The food was also amazing! All home cooked meals very flavourful and so good! Overall, the stay here was exceptional and I wish I could have stayed for longer!!
