I can’t stress enough how lovely the hosts are at this property, they made sure we’re comfortable from morning til evening. Breakfast is amazing, Offering airport pick up drops offs on a great rate, and the garden! Absolutely beautiful.

We really enjoyed lounging around the pool for the last day of our Sri Lanka trip. The garden area around the villa is very peaceful, with beautiful orange and mango trees. Breakfast was delicious! Our room was very spacious and clean with good AC and fan, it even had access to a kitchen. Good restaurants in the area. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they booked us an early morning tuk-tuk ride to the airport (less than 30 minutes). Would definitely come back, highly recommend staying here!

One of the highlights was definitely the private swimming pool — crystal clear, well-kept, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun in the sun. The villa had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a peaceful outdoor area. It was the ideal spot to unwind, with just the right mix of privacy and comfort. The staff was helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with great amenities and a beautiful pool, I highly recommend Sun Villa. I’d definitely love to come back!

I had a great two-night stay at this lovely villa. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay. Even though the host, Mr. Lalith, was unable to be there in person due to an emergency work commitment, he stayed in touch with us throughout. He regularly called to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. His care and attention, even from a distance, made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-managed getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Regal Rivera Villa. The staff and especially Nishantha the butler was very welcoming and always made sure we were comfortable. The food was amazing as well as the service. The property is absolutely beautiful and the villa is stunning. I really recommend to stay here.

    We stayed here at the start of travelling around sri lanka, and had to include it on our last few days. The meals provided by laksmi are exceptional. And they are well priced. We couldn't match them anywhere. They are very good hosts and are so happy to share local information about getting around. The prices for accommodation and meals if you need ,can't be matched. If you are travelling on a budget this is value for money and a lot of love in return. Will be spreading the word about Lakshmi Family villas.
