CanadaHeI had a fantastic stay at Wetland Resort! It’s a small, extremely clean, and comfortable place. The pool is spotless and inviting, and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds and even a small kitchen, which is a great touch.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. They went above and beyond to help us, including arranging transportation and even preparing a special meal we requested that wasn’t on the menu. Their kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly memorable.
I highly recommend this resort, especially for a convenient stopover near the airport. I would absolutely stay here again!

- a comfortable chair with a desk
- very good WiFi internet connection
- AC and a fan
- clean rooms
- close to airport
Mr. Basil, the caretaker, does an excellent job, he helped me with all my questions and took care of my well-being at anytime! Mrs. Latha cooked for me authentic and delicious Sri Lankan food - I was so happy to stay at this place for six days and to learn a little bit about Sri Lanka! I will come back soon at the end of my trip and I‘m very happy about it! If you need a place in Negombo, you should definitely book this hotel and eat there!

Negombo is one of those places that has lovely beaches, the beach were the Sentido Heritance was located was very clean and beautiful but there were parts to Negombo were the beach did have rubbish. Negombo itself has plenty to offer from the fish markets boat tours, mangrove tours and the city. Other amazing places in Sri Lanka - Kandy, Tricomalee, Jaffna and Islands, Galle.

Negombo is the perfect place to stay on your first or last day of your trip in Sri Lanka. It's really close to the airport, it has a nice beach, and there are a lot of good hotels. There's no tourist attraction around, but there's a few good restaurants also.

I stayed in Ever Green villa together with my friend and it was the first place where I have been in Sri Lanka. I think it was a good choice and the best place to recover after my long flight. This small family hotell was very clean and comfy in a quiet and green area. Hosts were super friendly and we felt like family members. Nimasha cooked us very delicious and rich local dinner and offered tea or coffee in the morning. I would like to stay here also the next time when I come to Negombo. ❤

Great stay! The hotel is perfectly located, just a 7-minute walk from Negombo Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything during our stay. The room was huge and very comfortable, and we enjoyed all the facilities.
The restaurant serves very good food (slightly above average price, but worth it), and the massage service was excellent — perfect after a long trip. The pool area was also great. Fully recommended!

Hotel is right next to the beach. Location is awesome.
Family room with 4 full beds.
Plenty of restaurants in the same street. Lot of tourists in the area.
Hotel helped arrange a boat excursion to the Negombo lagoon with a picknick on water :-)
Feeding monkeys in the monkey island.
The breakfast was also extensive and tasty.

Attractive hotel in Negombo with stylish bedroom and poolside area. The owners were friendly and helpful with things to do and where to eat. I was in need of a break from travelling around and wasn't a fan of the beach so it was really good to have the pool. The pool area was kept clean and nice touches like flowers and buddha statue.

The best thing about this hotel is its location right on Negombo beach. Although, it does not appear to be a swimming beach. Decent swimming pool and good food.
