Everything about the villa was perfect for our family two adults and two kids. The location The room The hospitality was above par The service The breakfast was amazing . The host as well as the staff were very very kind . Me and my family had a lot of fun. Away from the crowd felt like real srilanka the river the trees the birds the weather . Really nice place to stay ! Bungalows are so pretty and full of comfort. Outside you can chill around the pool (really nice from day to night.) The breakfast is tasty as well and made with love. To be honest, all the person is there for you and make you feel happy. You have nothing to worried, just relax and have a good time. That’s it ! 🌞

    The Manager of the hotel and his staff (including 3 dogs and a cat) are above any praise. If you seek for a well organized place to rest without problems do come to Puetz Travels Beach Resort. Mr. Marcus will make your trip a real holyday. Even wild crocodiles that live in the nearby river dream to move to the magic canals of Puetz Travels Beach Resort. I wish i were among the lucky ones.     When you first arrive at the hotel, you will find an inconspicuous gate by the beach and for a moment you doubt whether you have arrived at the right address. But when you step inside, you will discover a beautiful garden with beautiful and comfortable accommodation. All this is underlined by the personality of the kind and reliable owner Markus, who takes care of his clients together with the smiling staff. The accommodation is located practically right on the sandy beach with a minimum of tourists.

    The Hotel is located in a quiet area close to Negombo. It’s perfect to rest and enjoy some peaceful time. Also the river is right next to the hotel which gives it a jungle feel. The staff is super nice and welcoming and always there to help. The owner was very supportive to arrange the transport from the airport to the hotel and in addition to the north of Sri Lanka. The rooms are equipped with an AC which is amazing to cool down in the hot period. Highly recommend for a great stay in Waikkal!
