Maseru is always vibrant if one knows where to go. I'd suggest a tour guide or someone to take the guest around as most places are spaced out and need transporttation to navigate one's way through town. I Loved the magical drive from Maseru to Afriski. The most scenic drive with magical waterfalls. People were so informative and friendly. Roads needs a bit of attention. Potholes were a bit hectic. Lesotho is indeed the kingdom of the mountains and i would definately go back. Hiking is excellent. Food was excellent. Morning traffic into the city is a menace, however traffic police come all out to control and direct it.
