Located in Esch-sur-Sûre, 500 metres from National Park Upper Sure, Auberge Les Deux Tours has a number of amenities including a restaurant, a bar, a garden and free WiFi. Breakfast it was very very good. The rooms is very clean and the staff are lovely. We recommend this hotel.
Quietly located in a valley of the Ardennes, Gourmet & Relax Hotel De La Sure offers a gastronomical restaurant, modern rooms and relaxing facilities like a sauna, hammam and hot tub. A surprising little gem within a beautiful area. Well worth a few days if visiting the area or just to visit the hotel and restaurant. Somewhere I'm already planning on returning to. Food is excellent, staff are very relaxed and friendly. They accommodate motorcyclists as the area has some great roads and cafes. Hotel has its own garage for bikes.
Hotel Le Postillon is situated in a beautiful green valley in Esch-sur-Sûre, one of the most picturesque communities of Luxembourg. Find some peace here and enjoy good weather on the terrace. I liked the ambience, the feel and the comfort. Thar reception staff were most helpful and caring.
Hotel Bissen is located in the heart of the Parc Natural de la Haute-Sure. The hotel offers free parking. The guest rooms have a private bathroom and extra long beds. Breakfast is served every... Great pizzas, comfortable room, friendly staff, safe parking for motorcycle behind hotel.
Situated in Bockholtz, B&B in oude boerderij offers a bar, a garden and a barbecue. The accommodation is 28 km from Clervaux, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Friendly staff who were helpful and welcoming. Very comfortable stay.
Situated in the Upper Sûre Natural Park, this holiday park offers spacious apartments with a kitchenette and Wi-Fi. It has indoor and outdoor playgrounds and a seasonal outdoor pool. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We used it as a hotel room as we were just passing through town. We did take a walk through the campground and it looked very nice and friendly.
Unfortunately with weather was very poor while we were there. I think this is probably a pretty little village in sunshine. We liked the river running through and the ducks playing on the water. The food in the Auberge Les Deux Tours was first class.
An apology is in order, Sorry! I mistakenly reviewed Auberge Les Deux thinking it was another one of the accommodations I had stayed at during my trip. Hence I have deleted the initial review....... The service My Wife and I received at this establishment was exceptional!!! On arrival the gentleman at reception noticed that I was walking with a limp he immediately offered to carry part of our luggage to our room, the courtesy and friendliness displayed by all the staff members we encountered was tremendous and warm! The Hotel is located in the most scenic of settings. On a foothill of a hill next to a beautiful bridge with a equally stunning river that runs beneath it. At dinner time we were served delicious food in the delightful, cosy setting of the restaurant dining area. The whole experience will always be most Memorable! The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, accommodating all the needs of a tired weary travellers. Prior to my visit I never really thought of a stop over in Luxembourg. The next time we drive to Europe we will definitely book a stop over at the Auberge Les Deux Tours and hopefully experience just as good a stay as our first one.......
The hotel it self is fine. We celebrated new year eve at the hotel, but this event did not meet our expectations. The menu was in the expensive end, staff was not engaged at all and meat was not prepared as we ordered it.
We stayed for 5 days and found lots to do in Esch and the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the Upper Sure lake area, a short drive away, and with lovely picnic spots by the lake which has boat trips on the solar boat leaving from Isendorf. Bastogne over the border in Belgium is also a interesting place to visit.
Lovely area for walkers or cyclists. Very peaceful countryside. Fabulous position in the bend of the river, but not much in the way of facilities, although that is possibly due to being out of season. We ate in our hotel which was pretty expensive, but options were limited. Wouldn't spend more that a night or two if just visiting the area and not on a planned walking holiday.
Apparently it is a centre for outdoor activities but because I was only spending half a day and a night there, I didn't learn of all the different walks and other activities I could have done. I actually ate at Hotel Esch-sur-Sure - great food, helpful staff. Buses on the Saturday ran each hour back to Luxembourg. I think on other days it is every half hour, so easy enough to get around using public transport.

What did I like? Everything. Having driven through heavy rain and squally winds all the way from Norfolk - 100 miles north-east of London - through the northern corner of France and all the way through Belgium, there can be a no more satisfying welcome than that which awaits the weary traveller. The location is beautiful, the hotel characterful and the staff genuinely friendly.

Amazing location, friendly and efficient staff and good value during the week (125 euro for room for 3 when we stayed). Hotel is very well kept and esch-sur-sure is the cleanest town I've ever visited!

Esch-sur-Sûre is very small, and the hotel is on the peninsular with the rest of the town an easy walk. Easy car parking was available opposite, along the riverbank. Spectacular when illuminated at night.
