This is an upscale spa where guests can go to get away from it all and get pampered in a variety of ways with excellent food and all the necessary comforts. We used it as our home base to see family and attend the Formula 1 at Spa Franchorchamps. I arrived late on the evening of October 12, 2022 and left the car in a parking lot far from the disabled parking lot, but on the morning of October 13, 2022 I was surprised to receive a fine of 145 euros for leaving the car in a disabled parking lot. After confirming the position It turns out that the special sign for the disabled has been erased due to use and is difficult to see at night. Therefore, please inform the hotel management of placing phosphorous and stinging signals I hope that you will contact the hotel management and ask them to pay this fine because the responsibility falls on them . The beds were comfortable, and the location is great — only about 25 minutes from Luxembourg City. We really enjoyed the saunas and the spa rituals, especially the one where they put frozen aromatic spheres on the hot stones — it was a wonderful experience. They have recently refurbished all the rooms, and even though there is no 24/7 reception, this is mitigated by good communication and a key-locker system that works really well.
