Was really clean. Warm space. Close to amenities and information centre. The town has many signs explaining the history. Breakfast was worth the extra cost.

Rooms were spacious, beds were big, everything was nice, tidy and clean. Reflected the same feeling as the pictures did - warm cosy and interestingly rustic themed. We had a good night sleep there with our family, neighbours sounds didn't penetrate the walls either. For extra there were small kids toys in the room, what gave it another great value. Garden was spacious with chairs, tables for everyone plus some gear for some sports too.

This was by far the best place we've ever stayed! Every detail was carefully considered, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy Christmas decorations. The thoughtful touch of leaving snacks and coffee made it even more special. The host was always available on the phone for anything we needed. The overall experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. The sauna was impeccably clean, and the jacuzzi felt fresh and brand new.

Well, everything :) The location is quite private, but not in the middle of nowhere, 5 min walking you have the Latvian beach, 10 min walking you have the estonian beach. 20 min by car and you are in the middle of Latvian forest, where we saw an elk and a moose. The house is amazing, new, modern, spacious, really beautifully decorated. Free parking space near the location, amazing sunset from your own bedroom. In the house you have everything you might need: cuttlery, fridge, AC, dishes, coffee, tea. The house has its own sauna, that you can use for free (a big plus for me). The check in was very smooth, the owner gave us privacy but still was attentive and helpful. I will be back for sure and I definetely recommend the location.

We were making the trip from Tallinn to Vilnius and needed a place for the night. This was the perfect stop. Just off of the main road, the hotel portion of the property is a short walk from the beach which can also be seen from the spacious balcony of the room. Clean and comfortable with good WIFI, refrigerator and A/C. A good breakfast was included, ordering from the menu. Price was reasonable for the off-season. Parking directly in front of the hotel.

Such a great cozy cabin! You have your own private sauna inside. It was peaceful and quiet even if it's by the main road. The staff was friendly. The owner greeted us and showed us around. She even helped us to set up the sauna and brought in the firewood. Would recommend for a romantic getaway!

    It is a cute and charming North Vidzeme seaside town just on...

    It is a cute and charming North Vidzeme seaside town just on the very border with Estonia. A lot of pine trees, fresh air, sea, historical houses and very few people. Stroll around the town and you will see that almost each stone, house and corner have something to say about the amazing history of Ainazi being the center for the sailor education in the past. The nature there is amazing - a lot of trails to explore. It is easy to reach Ainazi by public transport from Riga and other Vidzeme's towns. There is a fast-food place and some restaurants / cafes, and several shops.

    A quiet place, close to the Estonian boarder and sea.

    A quiet place, close to the Estonian boarder and sea. Out of season you can be the only persons walking along the beach. Good for walking and right on the long distance Baltic Way walking route. Plenty of green spaces to explore. There are two museums to visit the Navel museum and the Fire Brigade museum.
