The hotel is amidst a large sporting area and is ideal for teams to stay while at an event. We felt like on a sports tour, however in an empty hotel, as barely a room was booked. The rooms were spacious and it was quiet due to the circumstances.

Everything was nice, all small details was prepared for guests, towels, slipers...., clean bed sheets. You can use kitchen there. You will have everything you need to cook. Or You can get breakfast less then 100m from the building, good option as well... Nice view outside of the window.
