I liked the exceptional service provided by the reception staff, especially the two girls and Mr. Abderazaq. Their professionalism and friendliness made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the cleaning and housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness.

    The portuguese fortification on the seashore was spectacular.There is a wonderful beach nearby. Far less foreign tourists than other places. There were some places where garbage disposal was inadequate. It felt very safe everywhere.Busses were very crowded so we used inexpensive taxis.

    It was a dream house, with all amenities. We had a wonderful time. My family enjoyed the Zipliner, Quad bike, long walks in the beach, access to all restaurants in the Mazagon resort. Great SPA, Saloon are just the beginning…..

    The place is neither too big nor too small.

    The place is neither too big nor too small. End of February was a bit too cold for a pleasant visit. The beach is nice and vast so I guess it would make a summer vacation here worth the while! The nice old Portuguese fortress gives a distinct charme and character to El Jadida.

    El Jadida, Morocco, is a charming coastal city with rich history, especially in the old Portuguese City, a UNESCO site. The beaches are nice but could use better maintenance. The area is lively, with great cafes, restaurants, and plenty of activities, especially in summer. Friendly locals, delicious food, and a mix of culture and relaxation make it a great destination, though some improvements would enhance the experience.

    It was my first visit to El Jadida a d I will certainly visit again. The town is very interesting with lots of beautiful architecture and phantastic beaches. Most important for me was that is NOT overcrowded by tourists. The people were very helpful, kind and friendly. I felt safe here at anytime if the day. I highly recommend a visit to get to know the real authentic Morocco.

    I specifically went to visit the Portuguese fortified city and cistern and was disappointed. The cistern is closed for renovation. This UNESCO fortification is totally rundown and dirty. Very sad to see. I do not recommend spending the time to visit this.

    A decent hotel close to the beach. After several cold riads this was a good, comfortable stay as one would expect from the hotel. The room was large enough for two with some luggage and thanks to low season - quiet. Bathroom was tiny, but in good shape and clean. Breakfast had some more options than just bread and marmelade, so that was a plus. Additionally there was a kettle and some tee in the room and all workers were really polite. The dinner was quite nice (good tajin with seefood) and not too expensive.

    The ladies at the front reception were helpful. We were 3 people and were given a great room. The reception was able to help us make reservations at Mazagan hotel water sports. Breakfast at the cafe was great and it comes with the room. I will definitely recommend and go back. Great value for the price paid.

    The sea view room we stayed was absolutely spot on. We have been looked after by the host family very well. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Morocco.
