Youssef’s hospitality is what made this stay so special. He is the perfect host. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Location is great. I highly recommend doing a cooking class here. 1 night was not long enough. I wish I had more time here. Thank you for such a memorable stay and for being so accommodating.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect, but staying at Luxury Camp was beyond amazing. From the moment Ayoub welcomed us in Merzouga, we felt like part of the family. The camel ride at sunset was pure magic, and the quad adventure through the dunes was a total adrenaline rush. Dinner was the best tagine I’ve ever had, and the live music by the fire under the stars made the night unforgettable. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it was an experience I’ll remember for life. If you want an authentic experience in a Berber house, this place is for you. Watch sun rise in Merzouga from the kitchen while sipping Moroccan tea, and stars in the front yard. I am from the US, I find everything in this house to be close to US standard. The place is impeccably clean. Host was so kind to put a huge bottle of water in fridge for us. Kitchen paper towel, laundry detergent and napkins are provided. These items are usually not available at other places. The kind host brew Morrocan tea and prepared snack for our arrival. He sat down and chatted with us for an hour and shared the beautiful stories about the apartment and his artwork. Host is a humble, artistic, and kind Berber man. He and his brother went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Every bedroom, bath room, hall way, living room are huge space decorated with wonderful art. This house is the most comfortable place I have stayed and it really felt like home. I will definitely come back and stay again when I visit Merzouga. The host also provides a hair dryer! How thoughtful. Everything is close to brand new in this house. Kitchen is fully equipped, sometimes two sets of stuff. I cooked every meal for 2 days and had everything I need in this kitchen. The Host pays so much attention to the needs of guests and he had thought of everything. It's so incredible. I am so inpressed with his thoughtfulness and generosity. The various art work all over the house is hand made by the host, including an incredible 3D Berber style house/structure made of mud that is the size of the entire wall.

    The flat was clean and spacious with plenty of space to accommodate a family. The AC was working fine in the scorching heat of Merzouga. The owner, Mr Ali, and his family are very helpful and available for any assistance. The gentleman picked us up from the taxi station and dropped us there when leaving without extra charges, linked us to reliable people for all the activities we wanted to do. He is the best.

    After 2 horrible nights in an expensive desert camp we were in need of a proper place with all amenities. We booked this huge flat for a night with 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3AC etc. Real luxury compare to the shit desert camp. The host and his son are very polite and very efficient. The flat comes as a full house for us. The house is new with great flooring, ceilings and tiles. Spotless clean in merzouga town with view to the sand dunes. Best to stay there than to go to the expensive desert camps which are a tourists trap.

    We liked everything, the apartment was clean and spacious, and all the necessities were there. The staff are professionals, they were kind and helped us with everything we needed especially Hassan at the reception, Ismail and Fatima at the kitchen, and the other people whose names I don't know. The food was authentic and homemade. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Merzouga.

    Casa Mona is not just a place to sleep but an entire experience of local culture. I highly recommend staying and letting Hamid guide you to discover as much as possible about the desert, the habits and the local population. It was a great experience even though I spent little time, but I hope to make up for it next time.

    The apartment is really big and spacious, it is located near the dunes, maybe 500 meters. You can just easily walk there on foot without paying for any camel trips or quad rides. But if you want to use such services, the owner is happy to arrange it for you. The apartment is clean, there are fresh sheets. The key pickup and drop off is unproblematic.
