-It shouldn’t be 4 starts hotel. It’s very very old.
-It shouldn’t be 4 starts hotel. It’s very very old. TVs are not working in all rooms ( literary) so many plugins are not working. Lamps are not working. - rooms are extremely small specially the triple ones. -The hotel is Average clean -The view was amazing from our balcony -Breakfast is very limited but acceptable. You can ask for good coffee for additional 15 MAD. -Location is excellent. The staff are amazing, super friendly.

It is close to the main road, relatively quite, staff are friendly, but the hotel is crying for renovation, even the beds sheets are old and have holes in them, its dated and lost its spark, its good for one night or two to crash in, if you only use it to sleep the night, very boring.Sulayman

We had an incident with the spa and the hotel managers (Mr Soufiane and Mr Akari) tried to set things right. The reservation manager Mr Soufiane was very polite, and I appreciate his attention to detail very much. We got a free upgrade to the suite on the top floor, and complementary fruit/cookies. It was a nice gesture, however couldn’t compensate for the mix up with the spa. The decoration is nice, the shower is amazing, and it’s clear they want to provide a relaxing atmosphere.Roxana DeliaMorocco

The hotel is very child-friendly and welcoming to families. The rooms are well equipped and the bed super comfortable. Food at the restaurant is great too.
