The service was exceptional. The smiling dude with the Prada jacket was soooo friendly! Also the pool area is so calm and serene. We visited in the off season and were the only guests and still had an absolutely incredible experience!

Very good staff, kind and caring. The Moroccan meals are really delicious and authentic (I'm a Moroccan and I cook in my house)The view is real, the calm and immersion in nature forgetting all the civilization stress are guaranteed. ouzoud waterfalls are near, just 15 min jogging. I extended my stay with no problem.

The staff are amazing. Especially Emma, the concierge specialist who honestly made our stay amazing. Emma helped our family with all of our questions and upgraded our room without asking (It was an amazing feeling and special touch by her) insuring my family and I had the best view available of the waterfall from our balcony. I honestly would return specifically for the experience our family had with the staff. Not only did Emma help us with all of our questions, she also helped us get in touch with a local guide and made sure we didn’t over pay. She has a lovely heart and speaks English perfectly. The property is amazing as well and is located directly next to the falls. I would highly recommend for anyone who is in love with nature and good food to stay here. The experience my family had was priceless.

Trip to the falls was great, good atmosphere with local lads...

Trip to the falls was great, good atmosphere with local lads climbing up mountain face and jumping and diving into falls, we did the small trip up to the falls the spray was much needed as it was roasting, even got to row the boat round, got some lively snaps and videos although I didn't go into the water. Had a lovely meal actually best meal in morocco and not to expensive thanks to Chez Mounir will defo go back

If it’s on your way to the desert, it’s worth a stop.

If it’s on your way to the desert, it’s worth a stop. It only takes a few hours to visit, and if you're lucky in the morning, you might get to play with wild monkeys! Bring some cookies — it’ll make the experience even more fun.

The waterfalls are a worthwhile visit.

The waterfalls are a worthwhile visit. Especially before summer when there’s plenty of water. There are plenty of shops and restaurants along the route all the way to the bottom, where you get the very best view of the falls. There are also boat rides to the base of the falls. It’s a nice day trip or overnight stay if traveling by bike or car.

Magnificent waterfall!

Magnificent waterfall! I didn't have time to visit the other part of the falls, but we had a guide we met there. Motorcycle parking cost 20 dirhams, and everything went smoothly. It's definitely worth taking the time to explore the area around the waterfall.

It's a beautiful site, but very touristy with lots of shops around the waterfalls. We really enjoyed the half-day hike to the caves with an official guide (good shoes are essential!): the scenery is magnificent.

Excellent for a day trip with an overnight stay.

Excellent for a day trip with an overnight stay. Arrive in the morning, spend the afternoon exploring the waterfalls with all the activities, such as a raft trip, etc. Enjoy a relaxing evening, and then leisurely continue to the next Moroccan highlight the following day.

We very much liked the place! It would have been perfect if the pool had been open, but it was great nonetheless. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the waterfalls. We loved dringking tea at the table under the orange tree :) The bathroom could use a little renovation but other than that we liked the room, spacious and colorfully decorated. Typical Morrocan breakfast (in the company of Crazy The Cat :)). Lovely staff!

Fantastic service. Hassan was an amazing host and he was very attentive, caring for all our needs and making sure we went to the best places in town. He hotel is in a wonderful location, right on the street that leads to the Ouzoud waterfalls. Amazing time we had here.
