The manager was extremely professional and ensured everything was on point throughout our stay. And Khalid was super attentive as well. Everyone we met left a positive impression.
The entire atmosphere of the place is calm and serene — a perfect escape if you're looking for a peaceful getaway from the noise and stress of the city. It’s also just a short distance from the stunning waterfall, which made the experience even more magical. Honestly, 10/10. Chef's kiss. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Emma helped our family with all of our questions and upgraded our room without asking (It was an amazing feeling and special touch by her) insuring my family and I had the best view available of the waterfall from our balcony.
I honestly would return specifically for the experience our family had with the staff. Not only did Emma help us with all of our questions, she also helped us get in touch with a local guide and made sure we didn’t over pay. She has a lovely heart and speaks English perfectly.
The property is amazing as well and is located directly next to the falls. I would highly recommend for anyone who is in love with nature and good food to stay here. The experience my family had was priceless.

Trip to the falls was great, good atmosphere with local lads climbing up mountain face and jumping and diving into falls, we did the small trip up to the falls the spray was much needed as it was roasting, even got to row the boat round, got some lively snaps and videos although I didn't go into the water. Had a lovely meal actually best meal in morocco and not to expensive thanks to Chez Mounir will defo go back

It only takes a few hours to visit, and if you're lucky in the morning, you might get to play with wild monkeys! Bring some cookies — it’ll make the experience even more fun.

The waterfalls are a worthwhile visit.
The waterfalls are a worthwhile visit. Especially before summer when there’s plenty of water. There are plenty of shops and restaurants along the route all the way to the bottom, where you get the very best view of the falls. There are also boat rides to the base of the falls. It’s a nice day trip or overnight stay if traveling by bike or car.

Great location! Walkable to the waterfall! Parking was free behind the hotel.
The staff was really lovely! The chef even spoke Dutch. He cooked for us a really good meal.
Because it was the coldest December they ever had, they turned in the fireplace for us to sit around.
As it was not a busy time (off season) we asked the staff to sit with us. We had a great entertaining evening!

I wish I had booked for longer at this Hotel the staff were very welcoming and the pool area was lovely.We arrived late in the evening despite this a fresh Tagine was cooked for us. Thank you to all the staff for your brilliant hospitality and welcome.

Excellent place to stay. Very close to waterfall. Breakfast was nice and good coffee the riad was lovely.it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely go again. The best place to stay in Ouzoud

Great cabins, really nice site, very good price. Pool and restaurant were very good. Great parking for our motorbikes. Within walking distance of the waterfalls and street market.
