Our room was filled with natural light and decorated in traditional Moroccan style. It included a small entrance, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a large, lovely living room with a balcony.
The breakfast was delightful, with the option to choose where to enjoy it.
The staff were exceptionally amazing. Special thanks to Madam Hasna, who went above and beyond to assist us with transportation, reservations, and recommendations. She was caring, regularly checked on us, and made us feel at home.
Highly recommended for an authentic and cozy experience in the heart of the old town.

The rooms and riad itelself are beautiful, super clean and very well located. The breakfast served is very good, with bread fresh from the oven and served in the terrace (weathe permitting).
You are in the middle of the action, close to some of the most beautiful streets in the medina and right next to the Kasbah.
But the final difference is made with its people. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. They make sure your stay is as pleasant as you want it to be... And then they go the extra mile.
I'll be forever grateful for them somehow finding my taxi to the airport and calling the driver to letting him know that my phone was left behind. I'll not forget the kindness.
Also, Tanger is incredible and I will definitely come back and stay there again!

Tanger [Ṭanjah (طنجة)]Ville Railway Station is very central. Exiting onto a large plaza, the RN16 passing E/W. Lots of Taxis, Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants, in a few hundred meters. A short walk or cheap taxi to the beaches on Bale de Tanger, Strait of Gibraltar, the meeting of Mediterranean and Atlantic. A cosmopolitan port city (pop 1.3m) mixing African, French, Spanish, and Portuguese cultures. Like the rest of Maroc, it is vibrant historic medina, Citadel, Kasbah, Mosque 1684 (جامع القصبة),Dar al-Makhzen, souks, Petit Socco (سوق الدخيل), whitewashed streets, along with the food and the people that will stay with you, long after you have left! Worth reading about the history, the artists and writers, and famous events and people that have shaped the Tanger of today. American Legation Museum (المفوضية الأميركية في طنجة)(1821), Cape Spartel Lighthouse 1864 (5° 55' W) and the Caves of Hercules.

Old Tangier was lovely, cafe de Paris (film location for James bond, twice & Bourne supremacy). The new Tangier is being built, ultra modern, in reediness for 2030 world cup. I think it will spoil Tangier

Tangier is a wonderful city to explore on foot.
Tangier is a wonderful city to explore on foot. Whether visiting the old town, the harbor district, museums, or by bus or inDrive transport service. I would avoid taxis, as the drivers are unfriendly and want to drive without a meter or charge an exorbitant amount. The hop-on-hop-off bus is recommended for visiting Cape Spartel or the park.

Medina was not as chaotic/crowded as Fez or Marrakesh.
Medina was not as chaotic/crowded as Fez or Marrakesh. There were also a good museum in the kasbah that displayed a lot of history that was interesting to find out about. It's a very scenic town. The hop on/off bus is a good way to get your bearings. Noticed more beggars here than in other parts of Morocco.

Dar Sultan was the perfect place to end my travels in Morocco, cementing the impression of this beautiful country as one of the warmest, most welcoming places I've known. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, and returning to this gorgeously decorated house each day felt more like coming home than staying in a hotel. I would recommend Dar Sultan to anyone wishing to experience the best of Tangier's hospitality.

It’s one of the best hostels in Tangier, because of its location inside the old medina, where you can truly enjoy the vibes. It has a cool, modern decoration, and you can’t miss the rooftop, which offers the best view of the medina. The staff were incredibly nice, especially Soufiane and Othmane, who were the friendliest and most helpful people.

This guest house is close to all of the restaurants and to the old Medina of Tangier.
I would recommend this beautiful guest house to anyone.
The reception lady was very nice who speaks Spanish which is a bonus , as in Morocco most of the people speak Arabic and French.
I will definitely come back to this guest house.

With a beautiful view on the port of Tangier, this old palace is also close to the Medina. The decor is sumptuous; this is why this hotel is called a museum ! The staff is welcoming and helpful .
Breakfast is correct , with the possibility of sitting at the lovely terrace with the view on the port and the bay .

This hostel is super nice, the people working there are the best, so helpful and open, I learned a lot about Moroccon culture from them. The location is right in the medina, you can walk from the port in 15min. The breakfast is amazing, all vegetarian :)
