Awesome views from the balcony. I could just spend days watching the Bay from the apartment. While reaching the property, I was to able to get very close to the property and host directed me to the exact spot. Host is so thoughtful and kept a bottle of wine in the fridge by the time I arrived. Also, kind enough to offer me a ride to the town and back as they were heading in that direction. It takes between 30-40 mins of walk from this place to Old town Kotor and finding a taxi is not easy. For me, it is perfect as I walked to the old town only 1 day of the 3 days I stayed and just enjoyed the views and a drive to Perast. There is a store within a few minutes of walk. There is a small private beach. Host is amazing, views from the balcony are amazing and sipping morning coffee sitting at the private beach with no crowd around is priceless.

We liked absolutely everything! The apartment is perfect - decorated with taste, clean, very functional and the view is gorgeous. The pics cannot even translate what we truly see. The communication with the host was excellent.

BEST value for the money in Kotor! You’ll get: -the best location, both close to the beach as well as the old town -f****** breakfast included which is also delicious (coffee or tea + orange juice + Omelette or fried eggs or pancakes) -huge room with everything you might need (we got even a kitchen we didn’t use though) -friendly staff All that for a pretty cheap price 11/10 would book again!

It a very new modern hotel. Everything inside is new which gives pleasant feeling. Because the whole building is new , part of the building is not occupied but it is clean and empty. The hotel is on the second level with small garden on part of the roof-very nice. The location is perfect for visiting around and practically 5-7 Min from the airport. Huge parking available free of charge.

The couple who runs the place are super cute and helpful. My partner dropped his sunglas into the water that sinked to the bottom. He was trying to get it for few days without success, and when we were mentioning this to the owners (obviously to my fun), they gave him goggles and on the last day he managed to bring them up - he was super proud of. The food! Lovely breakfast was included with view to the water. We ate every day at the hotel and it was amazing. The portions were good. The extra was the cake! If you happen to stay or eat there, don't miss the cakes. PS.: The sunbeds, SUP for free to try! Had a blast with the sup :-)
