Good contact with owners, delicious breakfast, close to the lake

While traveling as a family of four with two small children, we usually look for buffet-style dining options. Our daughters are picky eaters, and satisfying their tastes can be challenging, even at home. Choosing something from a menu often ends up being a fiasco. At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board.

The hotel is super🙂 pool on the roof is the best, Staff very friendly

Traveling with my teenage daughter. Wonderful place to stay, the room with spacious and spotless, the breakfast was wonderful and varied, and all the staff were very professional, helpful and proactive to all our needs, thank you for a great stay!

A modern and clean hotel, excellent and attentive service. Very friendly atmosphere. Had a nice and fantastic view of the swimming pool, the beach and the sunset over Lake Ohrid from the balcony. The restaurant had very good food and the breakfast buffet was to high standard. Free parking near the hotel.

Location, food, friendly staff

The location is absolutely stunning! The chapel at the monastery is so beautiful and was such an interesting addition to the property. The beach is a short walk from the property and is a mostly shaded walk which was lovely. The manager of the hotel was fantastic. She was so attentive and extremely helpful. She was always around to give advice, helped us with a taxi and ran the evening and breakfast service. She helped make the stay feel so comfortable. The room was basic but the view was absolutely stunning - easily one of the best views in the entire area. The actual town and beach area were not as nice as we had expected so this hotel was the perfect place to stay away to provide some quiet and brilliant views. If you have a car, I recommend driving to the monastery called Naum as the beach area was sandy and a bit nicer.

Great view on the mountains while swimming in the pool: kids were happy to spend all their days there. Food was good as well

Clean room, and clean area in all premises. Staff communication, patient and helpful for any information or issue shared. I was promoted with a lake view room. The location is excellent, cool in the very hot days of summer season.

The location, the staff, the breakfast..

The room is huge, at 52 meter square, and looks newly renovated. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean and cozy room. Friendly stuff.

Amazing hotel, amazing service. I have booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, it was okay, it was a buffet. I came a bit later so the foods were just rest, but i mean i couldn‘t complain. They have spa (with turkish bad, aromatic) sauna, and indoor swimming pool area which is great, i was by myself there and it was just perfect.

The people in this hotel, from the reception to the handyman to the kitchen made our whole stay exceptional. The 2 rooms were big and roomy. The balconies were turned towards the pool so we could have drinks in the evening while the kids were asleep which was super welcome. The breakfast was delicious with local food.

Fantastic Hotel run by the nicest people with the best service. Please stop by if you can, it is a must visit for anyone.
