United StatesThe host was very communicative, kind and helpful. Easy checkin with lockbox. Once we entered, I was so pleased! They thought of everything a guest might need-really, every amenity I needed and more was in the room. It's such a comfortable space, and the balcony is wonderful! I loved the gardens on the grounds as well. Easily walkable to town and fun to walk through the village. I highly recommend staying there if you find yourself in Kratovo. I felt very cared for when staying there.
