Ngapali Win Hotel has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Ngapali. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel offers a private beach area and an ATM. The property was very clean and the rooms are a really decent size; having a patio is a great bonus. I didn’t have an ocean view room but my view was still wonderful due to the hotel location. I really love the hotel staff at Ngapali Win, everyone is very polite and very attentive. The staff was also super helpful in planning our full day boat trip excursion. They were able to secure a reasonable rate for us compared to other options that charge much higher prices for foreigners.
Situated in Ngapali, 250 metres from Ngapali Beach, Oliver`s Laguna ECO Lodge Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a garden. I totally enjoyed my stay! The property is in the best location, facing directly the beach and the owner Mr. Oliver a chef by profession is a very nice and generous person. You can eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner facing the beach. Aside from the in-house restaurant in which the food is prepared by Mr. Oliver himself, the property is also along the main road where you can find plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery stores, the location is very convenient. It is a family run business so it has a relaxed, flexible and comfortable vibe to the guest, it is not like a traditional hotel where you will be immediately asked to pay upfront. They never asked me to pay, I am the one who asked them that I need to pay. Therefore, I had a great deal in the best location!
Offering an outdoor pool, private beach area in Ngapali beach and a spa, Amazing Ngapali Resort is located in Zi Phyu Kone. It features a garden, sun terrace and accommodation overlooking the sea. Excellent breakfast place, one of the best beaches I have ever seen. Very close to the airport. Good bikes to rent and to see a village life.
With a 10 minutes’ drive from Thandwe Airport, River Top Lodge is located in Ngapali. This property features a restaurant. During the stay, guests have access to free WiFi. The staff was very kind, smiling,we booked a boungalow ,it was very big room, with a nice patio for hunging out wet towels or bikini, , free pock up and drop off service from airport, very quite place , 1 min walking to the beach where they have umbrellas and sunbeds.
Offering air-conditioned rooms set in tropical landscapes, Bayview Resort boasts a private beachfront stretching several kilometres. Featuring an outdoor pool, it provides free bike rental and... Have been hotel shopping along the whole beach down to the mermaid, bay view was by far one of the nicest hotels in terms of facilities and location on the beach. The deluxe room we had was newly renovated and was on point! The hotel is very nicely furnished and have many nice areas to hang out.
Located along the beach, AZ Family offers bungalows with sea views and free private parking on site. Guests can enjoy airport shuttle service upon request. Beautiful sorrounding in a very local and pure Myanmar environment. The resort is beautiful. Everything amazing.
Boasting a garden and a terrace, Kipling's Bay Guest house is set in Ngapali. Rooms have a terrace. Everything was perfect! Paivi is an amazing host! I felt home far away from home. The vibes are happy and cheerful in that place. The yoga corner, the jungle shower and the bed in the garden were my happy places! I absolutely recommend this place!

Ngapali was a fantastic experience. Long, wide, sandy beaches. Great for walks. I would have stayed longer and will definitely return. Very easy place to get around and plenty of food options available at multiple eateries. Beautiful sunsets!
Beautiful sunsets, nice and quiet beaches, it's a true paradise. We highly recommend the restaurant Two Brothers, and in second place Enjoy restaurant, both are awesome. It's a great area to finish your trip or to take a break if you're planning to travel Myanmar for long time. Relaxation is 100% guaranteed. P.S. gets a little cold on January, at least for me coming from the Caribbean it was a bit cold.
Lovely place to stay. We also spent an afternoon in Thandwe, checking out the market and the pagoda on the mountain top. It is probably not the best place to go snorkeling, as most of the coral reefs seem quite dead but it's nice spending time on the water.
Ngapali is a laid back beach side area. The beaches north of the airport are super clean and clear. There are some good seafood restaurants on the beach. The local fishing village south of Ngapali is a lovely place to explore. Its a true example of local life. The locals were friendly and welcoming, and happy to star in my photos. The boat trip we did was a great way to spend a day. We did some snorkelling, fishing and visited 2 private beaches. We enjoyed a seafood BBQ and some cold beers. If you don't like seafood, it may not be the best place to visit.
Try the food at Seagull restaurant on the middle beach section (close to Yoma Cherry Lodge) and spend a day just reading on the beach watching the locals climb coconut palms and go about their fishing routines. There are only two dive shops at the moment (one owned by a non-local) and both are unfortunately quite pricey compared to the dive prices of neighboring countries (probably due to low competition/demand in this area). Go to the northern parts of Ngapali beach if you want to be away from the rich Yangon-ians and older tourists that come to the resorts every year. You don't need to spend more than three nights in the area though as boredom can set in after the second day. Not much to do other than lounge, spend money on food, and watch the glorious sunsets. Visit "Today Coffee" along the main road to have a nice, strong espresso and strong wifi if you need to get some work done.
Ngapali beach is suitable for relaxing. The sand was clean, water was clean and comfortable for swimming (2020.february). There are not so many tourists there, so almost alone on the whole beach. Good for collecting shells :-) Cheap restaurants, 1-day tours with prepaid boats and sunset. What else do you need? :-)
Wow, no words. Amazing staff, they have helped us with all that we requested. Clean and luxurious room with a lot of space. The private beach was one of the best. Happy Hour- cheap, good drinks. Great food, specially the green curry. Great location, just 100 meters from two other nice restaurants
Best location with beautiful beach at front. Stayed at beach front room and the room is spacious and has the best view. Just go 10 steps and you are in the sea. Special thanks to Oliver and the family for warm and welcoming host. Will definitely come back.
It was a very good mattress, not as hard as you often find them in SEA. A lot of choices for breakfast. Clean rooms. Sunbeds available on the beach, which is really close to the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff.
Location on the beach front Well maintained grounds Friendly staff Breakfast
Everything was absolutely great We highly recommend this hotel Our best stay during our trip in Myanmar
