The staff are always quick to help. For example, the fridge in my room was not working and one of the room staff brought another immediately. The restaurant staff were always quick to replenish the generous breakfast buffet. Omelettes are made fresh, to your personal taste. Lovely to be out on the rooftop! Wifi was strong. Location, near Junction Center (a supermarket) the vibes of the area the sidewalk market, and peaceful area. The staff was great so polite, kind, and respectful and the service was superb. The room exceeds my expectations spacious, and luxurious, and smells fresh and clean. The Pier Bar in the rooftop, its an open air with a great city and pier view. Everything! The location is perfect - just across the beautiful Kandawgyi Royal Lake. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, cafes and restaurants. All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping to the hotel manager demonstrated top-notch customer service. I booked a deluxe and got a suite like room at an executive level. My room is very spacious with a separate living room, a dressing room, a working space, and a huge bathroom overlooking the lake. I wish I had stayed longer here. The best hotel in Yangon!
