The host was exceptional. I had passport issues and the lady helped me get to a number of different embassies, and also drove me outn of hours back to the airport when my airline changed flight. Outstanding service. Note that there are no facilities onsite, so come equipped.

This is the oldest 5 star hotel in Mongolia, historic venue beautifully renovated. Reception staff, house keeping staff and restaurant staff are all welcoming and very professional. Reception staff helped us book taxi to visit the city and go to the airport. The room as clean and comfortable. Totally recommended their Landmark Restaurant at the 1st floor. Main touristic locations can be reached by taxi whereas the city's square is just a 5min walk from the hotel.

It was so modern and comfortable room. When I came by hotel taxi from Airport, it took much time because of the traffic jams but when I arrived at this hotel , this modern and comfortable room made me relaxed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend. Stuff speaks English very well too.
