It's just up the road from the Mgarr harbour, and close to Nadur, Xaghra, and Victoria. Great little village in Gozo .
Great little village in Gozo . Place has a real countryside charm . Amazing coastline views. Town centre serviced with some charming little bistros serving traditional food . Also a very large and attractive lively church . In the cooler months there are lots of good hiking trails , into the hills and down to the beach . A quiet, lovely village. It's really small but there are 3 very nice restaurants. We hired E bikes and rode all over Gozo, we tried to go to as many beaches as we could, and it was a great experience. The accommodation was in a nice street, in a nice house. Although I didn't meet the host, everything was easy to understand, a key with my name was waiting in an envelope at the front door. I liked the authentic architecture and furniture of the house. I enjoyed that everything was thought of in the common areas, there was even a washing machine.
