IndiaA very good place to stay. If you are lucky enough, you get the view of the ocean from you bedroom window. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, everything was perfect! A mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, iron box in every room and a water refill station on every floor. There is a pretty decent gym as well. Highly recommended.

SerbiaWe had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The breakfast on the 11th floor was absolutely delicious and with a great view. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The staff were always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed – truly exceptional service. Overall, this hotel offers a very high level of comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended!

We found Sliema too busy and hectic.
We found Sliema too busy and hectic. Lots of building work going on, the high rise skyline wasn’t appealing. Good transport links to other areas and an excellent ferry service across the harbour to Valletta. Beautiful views of Valletta from the sea front promenade but this road along the harbour was noisy with traffic not relaxing to walk along.

Great base from which to explore Malta. Good ferry service to / from Valletta. Excellent (but very crowded) bus service to / from Valletta and other locations throughout Malta. Good general and some ‘high end’ shopping. Wide variety of restaurants, bars, takeaways and street food locations. Multiple short and long boat tours. The ‘real’ Sliema in the centre of the peninsula is not touristy. The narrow streets and lanes are well worth exploring on foot. Two excellent waterfront ‘proms’ to walk on (see and be seen). Pity they aren’t connected and continuous.

We stayed there because we were familiar with the area and we had a guest with us that had never been before, but we found it very busy, crowded and we moved on to Bugibba and we found this a better feel and environment. Quieter. I have stayed many times at St Julians/ Sliema but I don't think I would in future. It would be a place I visited not stayed in. The shopping centre there in Sliema was good and it was fairly easy to get around.

The Roma Hotel location on the Tower Road where I stayed was close to the ferry to Valletta, bus stops were nearby to various places including to the ferry port to Gozo, the long promenade afforded as long a walk as you wished, plenty of restaurants and take aways nearby also, I highly recommend the Fortezza on the promenade, excellent food.

Sliema has a plethora of great restaurants, bars and hotels but we would not however choose to stay there again. The public transport is dreadful, there is noisy building work everywhere and the place itself is very built-up. It almost felt we were in a UK city at times - apart from the fabulous weather that is.

Very nice small hotel in the central part of Sliema. If you can walk some small distance, it is a very good location since it is rather quite compared to the hotels close to the beach. The room we had was very nice, clean and well dispositioned, very nice bathroom. The breakfast was served in the lobby, which worked fine. The breakfast had everything we needed (bread, juice, coffee, scrambled egg, bacon, cheese, pastries) considering the size of the hotel (I think 12 rooms in total). Personnel were helpful.

Apartment is in quite good location. It is close to buses which go to Valetta or to Dingli or Riviera - 222 or 225. Inside there is air conditioning, it is well isolated so no noises from the street. There is tv, kitchen with utensils. It was also clean - service was changing towels every day which was like in some 5 star hotel and is a plus. I don't know if it is the same in the summer, but in January it was liek this. I would come again in the future.

The best location in Sliema. This hotel stands out from the crowd. From the sweeping views of the bay from the balaconiues, to the professional and helpful staff... The complementary pool use at the Aqualuna is an added bonus.. The breakfast buffet was great. Loved the added Maltese cuisine touches to the menu...

Had an amazing stay, 10/10! The hotel is in a great spot in central Sliema, super quiet area, and the place is really clean and comfy.
Breakfast had lots of options and everything was delicious.
And the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Benjamin, who was really nice.
