Tasty, fresh and fullfilling breakfast. 10/10 recommend. Would only encourage them to provide fresh coffee or change the coffee machine because the coffee was not great.
Room was huge, quiet and with a wonderful AC. In September's humid heat, it was always a pleasure coming back "home".

Historic and unique city and island! In 3 days, I just scratched the surface; so much more to see and do. People and infrastructure are wonderful and intriguing. I certainly look forward to visiting again and plan to stay at least a week.

Lots of people, many places to eat, music events.
An issue is that high temperature is combined with high humidity that makes you feel uncomfortable.

Great city - we had not done a huge amount of research and had no idea how much there is to do. You could stay for a lot longer and also do day trips out of Valletta. We were staying centrally so walked everywhere - easy to get around. Food was absolutely fantastic - and very reasonable, as were the drinks, loads of long 'happy hours'. Very friendly and safe. We did our own guided tours (from internet) and loved exploring. The Three Cities are beautiful - we would have happily spent another day over on that side. We did the Rolling Geeks self guided golf buggy tour which was fun. Gardens and parks are lovely to relax in.

Easy to walk around the city as long as you can manoeuvre stairs, cobbled paths & steep streets, we loved it.
The history, atmosphere, variety of restaurants, culture & hospitality was amazing. The Grand Harbour is majestic especially at 12noon when the cannon is shot everyday.
Avoid going in mid-August as the humidity is woeful.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful city, full of history and exquisite architecture, with a unique, eclectic heritage and welcoming people. Everyone speaks English, the pace of island life is slow and mild, the weather is very hot and humid though in the peak of summer.
We have stayed at The Grand Harbour Hotel on a number of occasions now. It is in a great location for the Harbour or for venturing into the city centre and has great views from a lot of the rooms. It is a 5 minute walk from the Fast Ferry terminal which links Valletta with the sister island of Gozo in 45 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and the staff very good.
If you decide to stay inn this hotel....choose ONLY FULL SEA VIEW ROOM. Do not settle for anything less. Its SPECTACULAR.
The Location is the other thing that makes it a complete winner. Walking distance from Valletta City Centre, Bus Stands, Taxi Stands, Old City and all the landmark monuments.
Our room was big and spacious.
The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. It is very easy to get to the city centre, because the house is located on the main road of Valletta, Republic street. After cheking out, we could leave our luggage at a nearby hotel, so we could enjoy our last day fully.
We were very pleased with the breakfast quality and the very good staff. The location of the hotel was just what we wanted close to St Johns cathedral and the city centre. Old theatre street has many good food bistros
