Service and restaurant . Really very nice staff and service. My mum has problem with her leg and they arranged the room just near restaurant .and all my requests and questions were solved or answered very well.And I stayed 4 hotels ,all are 4or 5stars hotels around Mauritius island and their buffets for breakfast and dinner were high level among them.we even had a Chinese traditional topic eve buffet with high quality food and a live dancing show.

This hotel is a real gem! New building in an amazing location just across from a lovely white sand beach in Flic en Flac. My room was HUGE and had a large balcony facing g the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of variety of food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

My husband and I were very happy to stay. If you want to have a luxury experience then this place isn't the place to be for you. It is like a homestay, there's everything you need. The location is really good, the beach and restaurant are walking distance (within 7 min) The hosts are really friendly and helpful. Some reviews said the internet speed is low. But I could work smoothly(I didn't use video or voice call though) We didn't use kitchen for cooking. Gus stove with oven and pots are there. The washing machine isn't attached inside of your room, but it is outside for use. I am sure we will be back here if we come to Mauritius again !

The location was really convenient, good access to the beach, shops and restaurants. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The host’s hospitality really stood out, from the warm check-ins to the thoughtful touches like fresh fruits and breakfast snacks that made me feel right at home. The host had all the information I needed about the surroundings, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I also appreciated the quiet environment and the overall convenience for a tourist vacation stay. Everything was just as described. Nice beach , lots of trips available . You really need a car or book trips if your staying any length of time as nothing much else to do . No nightlife during the week only Friday and Saturday otherwise everywhere shuts at 10pm

Lovely resort. Great beach. Gets very crowded at weekends. The beach is not quite as good as some of the beaches in the north, but it is still beautiful. Quite upseting to see the amount of litter left on the beach and traffic around the resort was sometimes an issue. But the location is great and the western sunsets are stunning! Our favourire restaurant was Mosaic, serving typical Mauritian food alongside a standard menu with burgers, pizzas and pasta with friendly service from Daniel and team. Casela Safari Park nearby is a good day out, and a day trip to the east to visit Iles aux Cerfs was a highlight of our stay.

The beach outside Sands and the other hotels are beautiful, unspoilt white sands, however the public beach part further north is busier with people and cars on the road, and lots of fast food vans, cheap bars etc.

Walking on the beach was fun, and the water allowed easy swimming even for the not-so-strong swimmer. The food carts added restaurant variety. We had good meals at Bouganvillea and Chez Pepe, but also enjoyed eating in and watching the sunset. Lovely shopping, interesting people, and the public bus service worked for us. However, it was interesting that the same trip was free outbound and then cost 100 rupees (3 people) for the return trip (with no tickets issued).

Flic'en'Flac is the best place to stay on Mauritius,...

Flic'en'Flac is the best place to stay on Mauritius, especially if you're visiting Mauritius in July. North was windy, south rainy but west side just perfect. It is a nice, vaste sandy beach with pine trees and palm trees, nice hotels and resorts, bars, restaurants and street food.

We liked our chosen accommodation, we had a good view of the beach from our balcony, the staff were great and we want to go back to sample lunch at the Creole Shack! The beach was lovely and safe for swimming and there was a good variety of eateries from beach stalls to high end restaurants and all manner of cuisines. Everything is in walking distance and four km in land there is a very large mall being built and a new state of the art hospital. We will definitely be going back.

I am so happy to start my honeymoon with this house. I loved that the house was really clean, had a washing machine, and had all the necessities for daily living. The location was also good as it was reasonably close to Flic en flac beach. And because the flight was delayed for 9 hours, we had no choice but to arrive at the hotel at 4 am. Nevertheless, I am very grateful to the host who responded kindly. Ashley thank you so much. Next time I come to Mauritius, I will come back here again.

I don’t remember the last time I had such a nice and well thought through apartment. The hosts are so nice, quick in answering questions before arrival and during the stay. The apartment is amazing. Everything you need during a short but as well long stay is there. Everything is beautifully designed so that I felt like home right away. As I am now and then in Mauritius I will definitely come back and I can recommend this apartment so much.

The apartment was beautiful, in a perfect location, views of the mountains from the balcony, and can see the milky way at night from the balcony. Close to the beach and everything you need. The owner was lovly and kind and helped with anything I needed. Such a safe area of Mauritius felt comfortable walking alone at night

Huge apartment set in a quiet street, just minutes away from the beach. Everything was well thought off, adapters for the socket, great shower pressure and above all the washing machine. We could wash everything after spending a week in Mauritius. Owner was super friendly and welcoming.

Christian was here waiting for me when i arrived at the villa . He show us around the villa and the fridge have water and Mauritius beer for welcome.The villa its near a supermarket who very helpfull. Will recomand this villa for people who want a nice calm holiday.
