RomaniaEverything was perfect. From the room, staff, food, people, tourists, conditions, quality of the services. It was just perfect. Also, the private beach and the sea were very nice, you just don't need to go somewhere else, to visit another beach. You have everything you need there. The personell was very nice and attentive. The chef made custom for our baby. We had.red eggs for the easter and Pasca cake, a traditional cake in Romania made by chef for the first time. It was amazing. Rooms are very good looking, i think they were renovated. I can recommend it with all the trust, is the best hotel where we stayed and we are traveling a lot. It's very cozy and intim to feel very welcomed.

AustraliaGood looks but deceiving as we had to leave in the middle of the night on the second day due to a sudden malfunction of the hot water system which flooded the ensuite at an uncontrollable rate with boiling water and what’s worse is that no timely help/guidance was provided despite several calls for help! We were left on our own for hours, doing what we can to prevent flooding that could have caused injury (burns/electrocution) to my folks. The contact person was unreachable throughout. The security guy hesitantly came upon request as we were struggling but could not help as all the water stoppers were jammed! At last, when we had already evacuated the place, the director finally arrived and suggested another flat - which we obviously had to decline after the traumatic experience endured!

Seeing in our travel period the occupancy was under 20% we stayed a week and a big thanks to all the staff.Without them no hotel no hotel is anything!
We were greater daily by the breakfast team with a wonderful breakfast buffet!
Many thanks to Julie,Yasmin,Jessica,Bandana and our Chef Moonsamy who probably makes the best omelette we have tasted!
The evening restaurant team and bar always made sure everything was fine with a 5 star rotation buffet menu!
Special thanks to the Chef Sanguy who always had a smile for us and a small story! The whole kitchen team was fabulous!
The hotel has many features and we enjoyed the beaches there and the pool!
The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping crew with the floor butler looked after everything perfectly!
Front office staff were very professional with concierge and the gardeners look after the property so it was a pleasure to enjoy the nature!
I can recommend this hotel to travelers who want to relax and enjoy sophisticated food and service!
My wife and son will be back and thanks to all involved to make our week stay memorable!

My wife and I were stopping over in Mauritius on route to Perth, Australia. We booked for three nights but could only stay for one night as Air Mauritius rescheduled our connecting flight for two days earlier, so we only had the one night. We only managed to do a short drive around the following morning and the local area was very quite with only a couple of large resorts nearby and one small supermarket. We did not get to visit the nearby large market in Central Flacq. The drive from the airport was aproximately 1 hour 15 minutes. We then had to drive back the following evening to the airport. Night driving in Mauritius was difficult and slow going so for a one night stay it is not worth it. This part of the island (East) is also very windy, although we found it a warm wind so it was not to bad, even by the pool. The complex is good for a quiet few days or week, but not suitable for those who like a lot going on nearby.

We really enjoyed the stay, we didn’t have to go out because the view was so nice and good. The apartment was big and new furniture. The agent Hanifa is really helpful, she was given us all the information and directions. We haven’t seen her but she was all the time with us by phone to make sure we are happy and helping us. We are really thankful to her. I recommend this place to all my family and friends

Food and service in general was pretty good.
Food and service in general was pretty good. Clealiness was also good except on arrival when unfortuanately my outside space was full of cigarette butts. Cocktails are very poor and services did not get replenished regularly so always running out - coffee, milk, conditioner etc. The general area is very quiet and relaxing.
