The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The front staff assisted us schedule a seaplane for our departure, and coordinated with the provider to ensure we arrived to the airport on time, and that we maximized our stay at the resort without worrying about transportation or long wait at the airport. The restaurant and bar staff that we interacted with were very friendly and professional too. They offered us top notch service, made us feel welcome, and our stay memorable. We hope to visit again next year.

A small island far from Male, with a quiet and clean guesthouse. The dock and beach are just a stone's throw away, making it very suitable for families who love fishing. After visiting four islands in the Maldives, we liked Mathiveri and this guesthouse the most and hope to visit here again. The staff are very friendly. Food is fancy so as the activities. Not crowded and cozy for everyone.

Food was simple but trough fresh ingrezbery delicious. The local island is small, you can walk to every place in five minutes. The retreat has a good central location, beach is about 3 min to walk. The beach is beautiful und the house reef is near to snorkel. The staff was very kind and helpful and looking for us also in activities like manta snorkeling and dolphin watching but also if we had a wish or question. This was very special. Very nice and clean place with awesome breakfast. The guests can rent kayaks for free! Nice inner garden with coconut trees, spacious room. Take into consideration that Mathiveri is an inhabited island. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, because the mosque is only a few meters away and in the early morning the prayers are loud.

    The view, the food, the activities and just the feeling of being in a resort in Maldives. Gangehi hit each aspect perfectly. The staff were friendly - always with a smile and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be coming back to Gangehi for our next trip to Maldives.

    Gangehi Island resort was a dream resort - this is one of the best places to visit in Maldives. Myself and my wife had requested vegetarian meal - the breakfast and dinner had so many options that we were eating 3 plates every day. The rooms were amazing. The shower idea that has you hearing the ocean while shower just brought that extra special feeling. To be able to open your balcony door, go out and straight into the Indian ocean. Amazing friendly staff - always wishing you well.

    Manager Georgio was very pleasant and accommodating the island is superb with a nice stretch of sand bar to walk along the villas on the water were very convenient as you could just walk down into the water the entertainment was nice (Karaoke night, fashion night and bingo/tombola night) the aquatic scenery was beautiful including black tip sharks, and hundreds of colorful fish

    Staff were good, nice view, i like the activity there, you can request a jet ski and other sea activities but a little expensive, you can go to another local island but its more expensive 40$++ each person and its not worth it tbh because it is quite no activities and only three shops. Spa lady was so good, and also the reception were so helpful.

    Staff was great. This hotel is truly niche and it allows you to enjoy an intimate stay while benefitting from an eco sustainable resort. The over water villas, especially the deluxe, are magical. Food and hospitality staff is top quality with so many options. Phenomenal cleaning
